Hi! I want to start running, but i always had problems with breathing while i tried it. Now i started to do intervals 2 min run,2 min walk,( repeat 7 times) and next week I will try 3 min run 2 min walk... do you think it's good? Thank you :)

i do think that increasing your running time bit by bit is a good idea if you find yourself having trouble. you should try to distinguish whether this problem breathing is something that is occurring because you're out of breath or maybe not that fit, or because its a health issue. speak to your doctor. running is about straining yourself, so it feels weird to say 'dont strain yourself' so i wont. but im sure youre smart enough to know the difference between im-out-of-breath-because-havent-run-in-a-while and im-out of-breath-because-im-dying

1.Do you want a boyfriend or girlfriend? - Sometimes. Most of the time I’m ok by myself though.

3.Are you a jealous person? - Not really, I’m usually pretty happy with my life in general. I only really get jealous if someone is really good at something that I though I was good at, and they’re either younger than me or haven’t been doing whatever thing as long as I have. Or if someone goes to a concert that I wanted to go to but didn’t get to. THAT makes me jealous.

13.Do you believe in love? - Hell yeah. Just haven’t experienced it myself. 

35.If you could move somewhere else, would you? - Definitely. Scotland is dull. I mean literally dull. Summer doesn’t exist in Scotland. The people are pretty miserable too. I think the weather drains us….

40.Are you currently in a relationship? - Lol no

44.Have you ever had your heart broken? - Not broken I don’t think (I imagine it to be the kind of thing that when it happens you just know), but hurt, definitely.
