Akira: ...He is?

Izumi: That's news to me!

Ren: I mean... basically! Without him, we literally can't even function! He deserves more credit than he's given by any one of us. As much as he gets overly absorbed, he's working on that. The Phansite is invaluable to us!

Akira: I... I guess you're not wrong.

Izumi: Here's to Mishima, then! Say, does he have a codename in mind?

Akira: Okay, he doesn't have access to Persona, so he can't be an actual Phantom Thief.

Ren: I mean... We don't know that. Has he even been to the Metaverse?

Akira: Has he...?

Izumi: Then we take him! We must discover his true potential!

Akira: Didn't we shut down the Metaverse years ago?

Izumi: This new "hintiverse" has some odd quirks – there are actually multiple shadow worlds that have recently opened back up, and people from different timelines that have been carried along with it!

Ren: You mean like the Dark Hour and the Midnight Channel?

Izumi: No one has tried to interact with a shadow world where Persona functions in a different way than typical for them... Perhaps this is our chance to see what would happen!

Akira: Are you sure that's a good idea? If we aren't able to defend ourselves, we could get killed.

Ren: If these shadow worlds showed up for us, there must be a reason behind it, just like how the Metaverse appeared on our phone!

Akira: Oh my god. We are actually doing this... and we're bringing Mishima? This can't end well...

A letter shows up at Joker’s house.

“Sorry for everything. I should’ve stayed quiet. Don’t try to find me. Shut the domain down.”

After that there’s a code, presumably an admin code for a website.

It took Joker a bit to gather his bearings after having just woken up. Rolling out of the rather uncomfortable bed he was used to by now, and kicking his slippers onto his feet. He didn't do anything else - whatever this thing was is his highest priority right now. He just stretched and stood, starting to walk across the room and down the stairs.

Joker snatched it off his dad-in-spirit's hand and gave a little salute with the other, before skipping off to the bathroom, as one usually does shortly after waking up...

He skimmed over the note as his body did what it needed... Oh. That's... Ohhh, Mishima, no... No...! Dammit, why did he have to be asleep?! He immediately dropped the note and took out his phone to message Mishima... Read. Read... Please, say something.

...He needs to get himself presentable again before anything else, actually. So he does, the usual things, as well as washing his hands because he isn't some heathen...

Even after finishing up and returning to his room, Mishima still hasn't responded. It would make sense if he was asleep, but he wasn't - the message was read! Where was he... should he call him? He should call him. He calls him. ...

Voicemail. Shit... What now? What now?! Mishima must think they hate him. They don't. Ren especially doesn't hate him... He can't just go searching for him - that would take too long... He needs help.

So, he messages you.
