Because I am a crazy person and reptiles are amazing I was looking at tanks for sale on Craig's list encase I ever want to make the commitment to another animal once I’m in a better place to take care of another reptile and... Saw an ad for two crested geckos in a landscape tank with no climbing material, both obviously have floppy tail, housed together, And the kicker? “They are feed baby food and banana’s”  Christ someone save these crested geckos. Wish I could but :( that’s too much for me to take care of right now.

Laughs thinking about the one time someone told me to feed Apricot blackberries to make her look prettier Ya okay, I’m SURE giving a blackberry to an insectivore will make her prettier

One thing that I would point out is that it’s very important for people to be skeptical and anticipate that people will be misleading to the public. Some of the misinformation that’s out there is not accidental. I think there’s quite a bit that’s put into the public discourse in order to have a political effect. It’s supposed to be wrong, but effective. What our research shows is that if people are aware of the possibility that they might be misled ahead of time, then they’re much better at recognizing corrections later on.
