Assalamu Alaikum.
Here we go. I’m not really a writer or someone who has a lot of experiences to share to others. I am just a plain girl who wants to share bits of her life anonymously. In this page you can call me Miss Jaye as in the letter “J”. It’s actually my first name’s initial. I’m on my early 20’s. Born and raised by Muslim parents. Alhamdulillah, I just recently found the real meaning of Islam after 20 years of existence. I thought being a Muslim is enough but there was this moment that made me realized that all this time I knew I was taking the wrong path but I was just making up excuses to cover the guilt that I felt. But I never crossed my limitation as a girl, I wasn’t just being a good servant to Allah (swa). I don’t want to spill out the details of my past life because it’s a secret between my Creator and me but I want to make a point that every person has the right and chance to change her life and live as good servant to Allah(swa). It may be hard but don’t forget that no one loves and guides us except our Creator.
Here’s one of my fave ayah (verse) from the Quran that me gives me courage and hope. May Allah always guide and forgive our shortcomings.
“Allah does not impose upon any soul a duty but to the extent of its ability..” (2:286)
