if im not mistaken missing a draw is treated as a missed trigger and if caught the same turn, draw when its caught. Will this draw assume everything it effected was a missed trigger? Like I forget my draw phase, cast Horizon Chimera, my opponent catches my missed draw, so I draw. Will Horizon Chimera see this draw or is it treated as an outside the game thing?
A missed draw isn’t treated as a missed trigger and hasn’t been since trigger policy changed a while back. It’s treated as a game rule violation at competitive rel and above. In all cases, a missed draw will happen immediately and trigger all appropriate abilities.
