I got to see my girl the other day! As noisy as ever. I missed her dumb face.

She’s as healthy as she is dumb, and got a clean bill of health other than some minor gingivitis, but requires no other testing. 

I also included her weight history to shame her. She gained a pound. What a fatty (actually it’s fine and expected in aging cats).

Meal Prep for the weekend!

Gonna be a busy weekend and I have to cat sit for the bro again. I will be too tired to cook dinner after work (meaning after midnight). Quinoa burrito bowls all weekend long. Toppings include: black beans, chicken, salsa, corn, red pepper, red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, cheese. Will also pack with some lime and avocado on the side.

Motivational Monday

This otter reminds me of a certain cat (though she tends to like to sleep near my hip). 

I’ve been sulking a lot the last couple weeks and ended up working a lot to avoid sulking at home (so I sulked at work). I find being too idle when I’m sad lets my thoughts fester into something destructive. I need to start focusing on my career though, sulking time is over. There’s lots to do and my to do list keeps getting bigger. Time to start working hard!

Do it for her (Pumpkin!). Or else you’ll be here (limbo) forever. Let’s all work hard together. Except for Pumpkin, she’s cute but useless.
