Mannnnn, I don't knowww. I've learned so much about the word temee this week as a result of all these shenanigans lol. I don't have a strong grounding in Katsuki's slang-tastic speech patterns. From what I can gather, it's just ambiguous who Katsuki is really talking to, and it looks like Caleb either decided to take a guess or maybe knows what's happening next chapter. I say that because in the end this is another one of those lines that may become clearer to us with more context next chapter, like that one Dabi line when he's thinking about wanting to speak his mind just like his family is.
