As life would have it, its been a long time since I've been able to get on my laptop and write up the handful of recipes on my desk. First in line: Homemade Nutella. I made this when I lived in Ireland for the family I was staying with because they absolutely loved it. If you've ever read the ingredients on store bought nutella, you'd know it's not the healthiest. I had some bad cravings a couple weeks ago so I whipped up some of this deliciousness. Out of all the times I made it, this was the first time it curdled on me. Luckily adding almond milk did the trick and it was creamy and sooo good. This brought back so many memories of my time in Ireland and with the family!
