He liked women a lot and only women. David was always affectionate and a hugger especially with his friends. The Monkees always huddled and hugged each before they went on stage. David was always playful, had a great sense of humour and loved dressing up on stage. He was a great actor too! I seen him play Fagan on stage in Oliver his makeup and costume was fantastic. He would also dress as a woman when the part he played called for it. But off stage he was a man and very masculine.
