self-love and growth tip: write a personal mission statement!
outline who you are and who you want to be- not as some abstract idea of who you think you should be, but grounded in your current understanding of yourself and shaped by your intuitive awareness of your highest self. deep down, I believe we all know something of why we're on this planet- it may just take some digging to discover all the gems that lie within you, destined to be unearthed. write about what you know and love about yourself presently. write about what you intend to contribute to the world, the people around you. write about your values, your unique abilities. write about the principles that shape your life. you can include sections of what other people appreciate about you, what special traits you possess that bring life and light to those around you. this is an opportunity to connect with your essence and express it on paper. as you write, you will feel a holy connection with all of you. this is what you can return to to remember your mission and to realign yourself with it as often as possible. include lyrics, scripture, quotes- anything that you encounter that inspires a sacred awareness in you and ignites your desire to live truthfully and well.
the more people hate on peggy the more annoying i'm going to be about being her stan and that is a promise.
A LOOK AT WHAT I'M DOING HERE
THIS BLOG IS ABOUT SPORT...
AND THE COUNTRYSIDE...
I TAKE (nick) the images previously posted by other bloggers here and 'tweak' them (crop and sharpen and...)
AND THAT CREATES A WHOLE NEW IMAGE, 're-framed' and re-presented, that doesn't carry the automatic crediting of the original poster that a straightforward reblogging would do
I TRY to make up for this by including a 'With thanks to...' note in my posts but sometimes, with archived pictures or due to a tech hiccup or 'fat-finger error', the record is lost. Sorry (no disrespect intended)
I DO straightforward reblogging, too; I'm not stupid (not that often)
AT TIMES...
...I WILL let off steam (and given current events)
YOU MUST ALLOW ME THAT BUT...
...I REALLY WANT TO DO THIS!
(Corrections or further information re my posts is welcome/ questions not so much/ I don't want to be anybody's daddy, bitch or bff/ I just want to please myself, entertain others, and maybe pass on some useful information/ and if that helps somebody somewhere, anywhere, I'll be glad)
On this post: No names, No pack drill, No disrespect intended
Mission Statement:
This blog aims to provide a place for transfeminized people to discuss issues, feel heard in their experiences, and find a sense of community.
All these things I feel like current day communities fail in offering us - and it's depressing. We NEED community to keep ourselves strong and able to make it through these tough times. No one should have to go through things alone - and nobody should feel isolated and alien to their peers. We all deserve a place free from doomerism and discourse to exist and actually build something nice for ourselves.
Community could've saved young me a lot of suffering, and I fully intend on putting in the work so others could have what I did not.
What's up it’s me Domenic, welcome to my book club where I chronicle what books I am reading (Novels, Audio and Comics)
it's official....
...my personal mission in life is to support artists who deserve it, who are talented and also good people....and just really wanting to create and share their unique vision. Please excuse my French, but that's fucking hard, on so many levels.
Nevermind that in this age of AI, we need as many people as possible making original work. Fully human-made work, not which a robot sources from what humans have already made. And with that literal theft (I'm sorry, that' exactly what it is), it matters more than ever to support said artists.
And fin, thank you for coming to another KB Ted Talk 💅🏻💁🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🗣
(Me cheering on these artists)
