I DID IT!!!
I stuck to what I was going to do and got up and ran this morning!!! It might have only been a mile but it was a good start. Sonny should be ready for our 5k by July if I keep this up! I never understood why people like running early until I did it. It was calm and peaceful. There's nothing like starting the day by sweating (even if my muscles are already screaming). Did I mention I did a WOD last night and am doing one again tonight...whew!
