𝙶𝙾𝙳𝚁𝙸𝙲  𝚆𝙰𝚂  𝙰  𝙳𝙸𝙵𝙵𝙴𝚁𝙴𝙽𝚃  𝚅𝙰𝙼𝙿𝙸𝚁𝙴  to  russell  once.   those  days  have  long  passed.   last  they  interacted  godric  was  very  much  the  same,   peaceful  and  compassionate,   but  now...    now,    there  is  a  stillness  to  godric  which  speaks  of  trauma,   of  shock,   perhaps  even  of  weakness  to  anyone  else.    with  their  white  garb  turned  almost  completely  red  with  blood,    there  are  stains  around  godric’s  mouth  as  he  slowly  stops  in  his  aimless  walking  and  looks  up  to  meet  the  other’s  eye.    and  as  godric’s  gaze  settles  on  none  other  than  russell  edgington,   that  look  in  his  eye  doesn’t  fade.   “ russell, ”    godric  croaks,   grief  clear  in  their  tone.   will  russell  help  them?    it’s  unlikely,   but  godric’s  head  isn’t  clear.   right  now,   he’s  more  vulnerable  than  he  has  been  in  centuries.   he  feels  cursed  in  more  ways  than  one;    like  this  is  nothing  more  than  a  dream.    “ you... ”   whatever  godric  was  going  to  say,   it’s  lost  to  the  woods.
