//Appreciation Post
//You know what? In the face of such a bad day that literally has had an effect on everyone, I’m going out of my way to do a positivity post. I need it, and a good lot of you need to know how appreciative I am of you. It may not be much, but I hope it does you some good to look at when you’re down.
This is in no particular order, but these people mean a lot to me, and I hope things go better for each of them in the future.
@bigcalavera: Easily my best friend on here, and the person who convinced me to make a Pokemon OC to join in on the fun. We wrote together for the longest time long before we both joined this fandom, but we had a very long hiatus from writing with each other. She was just busy, and our muses were run dry.
Now, we turned our two muses into the most heated rivalry this side of Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield. What turned into general smack talk between Damien and Guzma turned into the biggest fight on the dash, where everyone was watching. It’s honestly thanks to her that the fight reached that peak, and helped solidify how brutal both of our muses could be with one another. Needless to say, it felt great to write with her again.
Rex, I know things are rough for you right now, but I want to everyone to know how much you mean to me on here. You’re easily my dearest friend, and if there was a title for Little Big Sis, you’d fit the bill perfectly with me. You’ve gotten me and Chia through rough spots, just as I have with you. You are an amazing person, and I hope you finally get some rest. You’re the hardest worker I know, and I appreciate everything that you do.
@tender--age--in--plume: Listen, K. You and I have had hour long conversations about Plumeria and Damien, regarding a certain surprise I have in mind when everything gets settled with everybody. The way you understand Damien means so much to me, and I’m so happy to call you a friend.
You are just as caring as the Skull Admin that you write for, and I hope that we write together more!
@missmalkavya: Shark, you’re one of the first ships to ever develop with Damien, and the back and forth between these two is beyond hilarious. I know you, too, are going through some rough spots right now in regards to work, and you honestly work just as hard.
It was tough seeing you announce an indefinite hiatus on Lu, and I know we have things planned together regarding other stories, but seeing Lu give Damien a lot of shit always made me happy. No matter what your anxiety tells you, I want you to know that I love every moment Lu appears on my dash.
I honestly hope you come back very soon, and that this hiatus isn’t indefinite. We’re all going to miss that rich admin.
@blitzybitzy/ @sadiebreane: There is no doubt in my mind how sweet you truly are, Blitz. Your talented art, and design for Sadie is second to none. You’re also one of the kindest people I’ve met on here, and have made a fantastic Skull OC.
Ironically enough, you and I met in the Overwatch fandom, too, which I find absolutely hilarious. It’s so great to see you flourishing here as Sadie, and seeing your art is always going to be something that I enjoy thoroughly.
You are a fantastic person, Blitz. I’m so happy to have met you.
I’m probably going to do another one of these again, in case you all have a pretty bad day on here. I just want to say how much I appreciate all of you on here. Even though you hate Damien with a passion, it’s great that you all don’t mind your old pal Izzy. I hope I continue to entertain you for many more months. You all are awesome.
