Mistigram: @axltm designed an entire cast of these off-brand #JPETSCII Masters-of-the-Universe-inspired action figures. Almost every one of them has some distinctive feature to set them apart from the rest of the pack -- in this case, I felt it was the unique hairstyle that set off this character. This piece was included in the MIST0220 artpack collection released three years ago this month.

(This one would clearly be the craven jester monster attempting, and failing, to provide comic relief to the sinister overlord with the pallid complexion.)
