PoWeR Hour #4 begins with an in-ring confrontation between "The Psychotic Enigma" Psycho Mike-O and "The Working Man" Mister Will. Will challenges Mike-O to a one-on-one match at the Starrcade pay-per-view in his hometown of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Mike-O accepts.
1) Coletrane and "The Time Stopper" Sandstorm defeated "The Master of Violent Precision" Kiall Gryphon and "The King of Underground" Chris Hardcore by Countout after Coletrane hit The Pain Train on Hardcore through the barricade. After the match, it was announced Chris Hardcore would be removed from the Super 8 Tournament for personal reasons.
2) Robear defeated Justice Legal by Pinfall via Nature's Call.
3) "The LA Sensation" Adrian Vayne defeated "The King of Kaos" Havik by Pinfall via #SELFIE. Vayne advances to the Super 8 Tournament.
4) Nero Buddens defeated AJ Storm by Pinfall via a Rollup.
5) "The Heel Deal" Daniel Antoine defeated "The Professional" David Elliott and "The Dynamo" Cylas Morgan by Pinfall via The Real Kick on Morgan in a Triple Threat Match. Antoine advances to the Super 8 Tournament.
6) In an impromptu bonus match for Austin Morris' spot in the Super 8 Tournament, "The Dynamo" Cylas Morgan defeated "The Professional" David Elliott by Pinfall via Patton's Headache. Morgan advances to the Super 8 Tournament.
PoWeR Hour #4 ends with PWR Board Chairman Dustin Starr introducing the newest addition to the Pro-Wrestling Revolution roster and the eighth entrant in the Super 8 Tournament. The mystery man is revealed to be "The CP Slammah" Ryan Pastor. After signing his PWR contract, Pastor turns on Starr, hitting the chairman with Tribute to the Doomed. Pastor vows to destroy PWR and rebuild it in his image.

Syxx was given the opportunity to challenge any Super 8 qualifier for their spot after defeating “American Melee” Austin Morris in a Dog Collar Match at PoWeR Hour #1. Syxx chose “The Working Man” Mister Will.
1) “The Heel Deal” Daniel Antoine defeated AJ Storm by pinfall via The Real Kick. Antoine advances to the Triple Threat Super 8 Tournament Qualifying Match at PoWeR Hour #4 on Aug. 31.
2) Nero Buddens defeated Justice Legal by pinfall via The Mugging.
3) “The Professional” David Elliott defeated Damian Blade and Craig Harris. Justin Blade, Damian’s father, introduced himself as the mystery opponent in the Super 8 Pre-Qualifying Match, but opted to remove himself from the contest prior to the match. Elliott advances to the Triple Threat Super 8 Tournament Qualifying Match at PoWeR Hour #4 on Aug. 31.
4) “The Dynamo” Cylas Morgan defeated Robear by Pinfall via Patton’s Headache. Morgan advances to the Triple Threat Super 8 Tournament Qualifying Match at PoWeR Hour #4 on Aug. 31.
"American Melee" Austin Morris made an unexpected appearance to challenge anyone on the PWR roster to a match at PoWeR Hour #3 on Aug. 24. The challenge was answered by "The WARWolf" Paxton Thaddeus Steele.
5) Chris Hardcore & Mister Will defeated Kiall Gryphon and Sandstorm by pinfall via The Working Man Clothesline on Sandstorm by Mister Will.
