Checking In On Misty [Misty x Dylan]

[Dylan]
Dylan had been walking around the forest when he caught news of Misty and Nibs break up. He figured she could use a friend so he went over to her house and knocked on the door.
[Misty]
Misty opened the door and smiled as she saw Dylan. “Hey, what’s up?” She asked not knowing what the male was doing there.
[Dylan]
“Oh, I got these for you.” He responds while taking out a bouquet of flowers for her from behind his back. “I heard about what happened and I was just coming by to check in on how you are doing.” He explains while offering her the flowers.
[Misty]
“Oh wow thank you.” She smiled before taking the flowers and heading inside to put them in a vase. “I’m fine...well as fine as can be expected. How did you hear about it? I haven’t really told anyone and I know Nibs didn’t tell you.” She teased.
[Dylan]
“I hear things around sometimes it's wanted thoughts other times not so much. Besides now with Nibs out of the picture someone has to make sure that you are okay and being taken care of don't you think?” He teases her lightly.
[Misty]
“Take care of me? Hm that is rather strange seeing as you have no emotions still.” She teased him back putting the flowers in the vase. “And Nibs still comes around. The kids sometimes stay here.”
[Dylan]
“Mhm. I took care of you before I can still make sure to do that now.” He teases with a smirk. “Even if he does come around that means the times that he isn’t here you are unprotected don’t you think? What if someone were to come in here and try to hurt you hm?” Dylan teases while stepping closer to her with a playful smile on his face.
[Misty]
“I do have sons that are pretty good at protecting me and I am quite capable of defending myself thank you very much.” She smiled as she watched him step closer.
[Dylan]
“But still, you should have someone to help you take care of other needs that you might have won’t you? I mean surely you don’t think that you are going to go the whole time without doing something right?”
[Misty]
“Ah...now I know why you are here.” She laughed softly. “You are here for sex. I should have known. I don’t tend to see you unless that is what is needed.”
[Dylan]
“You know that we have that chemistry together Misty, you can’t even deny it. Now that you aren’t taken...we could always give what we have a shot don’t you think?” He smirked before wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her closer to him. “You were so wet for me last time.”
[Misty]
“Hm you see I have this rule with Nibs where I can’t sleep with anyone until the kids are older so...unfortunately I’m going to have to miss out on that huge cock of yours.” She teased him before pulling away.
[Dylan]
“I won’t tell if you don’t tell.” He smirked before leaning in and kissing her as his eyes blazed red. “Come on, you know you want to rebel for once.”
[Misty]
Misty felt his lips on hers and she just pulled away biting her lip. “Look Dylan as much as some part of me might want to. You aren’t the first to come here looking for sex. Definitely the first to kiss me but I have a lot of choices. You are going to need to do more than kiss me for me to pick you. Thank you for the flowers though.”
[Dylan]
“Is that so? What could I possibly do to convince you?” He asks before pinning her between him and the wall. “I think that you and I both know you have choices but none of them have the same effect on you as I have before.”
[Misty]
She felt her back against the wall and she just looked at him, “Would you even be doing this if your emotions were on? You know Sam is trying to get back together with you and you don’t like me other sexually so why continue to risk it?”
[Dylan]
“I am sure that I wouldn’t have the courage to go after you as I am now. Is he though? Do you see him here? You know why you don’t see him around? He has given up hope on me. Just like everyone else yet you haven’t...why is that?”
[Misty]
“Because I care about you Dylan. Despite what you have done, I care about you. I want to see you happy and I know you aren’t happy with me.” She smiled. “Besides I have been going on dates so...you know I can’t just be your booty call all the time.”
[Dylan]
“How would you know if I am not happy with you? We never had a real shot at this before have we?” He teases. “So what if you go on dates? You know you can date more than one person right? Until you are in a relationship you are still undetermined isn’t that right?” He purrs.
[Misty]
“You could barely handle Nibs, now you want to handle Nibs, Ash, and Noah. Yeah I don’t think so. I barely can handle it. So you should just remember what my body felt like and just be happy with that.” She teased slightly trying to move past him so she wasn’t against the wall.
[Dylan]
“Oh please a little competition doesn’t scare me away. Maybe in the past but not anymore. See the things is…” He let his hand run down her sides before his fingertips tease her hips. “I think I should be reminded of just how good it was. You should give in and let me show you how good I can make you feel. I am sure I can make you feel better than Ashton, Noah or Nibs combined.” He purrs into her ear before kissing down her neck.
[Misty]
Misty pushed Dylan away and just shook her head, “Your competition is already doing a lot better than you. They are trying to get into my pants by wooing me. Not seducing me.” She said.
[Dylan]
“Wooing you? Dear if I wanted to woo someone I would have...oh wait I did but well we all see how that turned out. You said you couldn't help me get my emotions back on because of Nibs but now that he is out of the picture…are you willing to help me?”
[Misty]
“Oh Dylan...uh...I am not ready for another relationship. Not right now. I just got out of one. I think being single for a time is what I need. I don’t mind helping you as a friend but anything more than that I can’t commit to right now. Everything is so new right now so I need a chance to get used to what that means.”
[Dylan]
Dylan couldn’t help but raise a brow. “Then what is the point of dating around? Isn’t that normally to help you figure out if you want a relationship with someone?” He asks in confusion. “What if I could suede your mind with a little contraption that won’t restrict you from having to almost die each time you are ‘attracted’ to someone.”
[Misty]
“I didn’t know going on one date was a crime and it was a friend thing. At least for me. But thank you for the subtle judgement there.” She said before looking at him. “What are you talking about?”
[Dylan]
“It’s not a crime of course. Just because it means something for one person doesn’t mean it means the same thing you know.” He teases, “You know that contraption your step-son wore when Liam didn’t want him as a mate anymore. You can either be the one to absorb the pain or your significant other has to usually it’s the significant other so in your case that means if you wanted to you know...with anyone the bracelet around his wrist would glow and he would have to absorb the pain. If he did anything, you would have to absorb his pain and boy I have heard many a horror stories about the pain you go through with those bracelets. They are more like a last resort thing if I am not mistaken.”
[Misty]
“Dylan no offense but I just left Nibs what makes you think I want him to know everytime I sleep with someone? So unless you can keep me as being the one to feel the pain afterward I don’t want it. That’s just another thing linking me to Nibs and why go through all that when I could have just stayed.” She responded before heading to her kitchen. “Thanks for offer though.”
[Dylan]
“Well that is the price that comes with the bracelet. Nibs was the only exception to his because he got to see images from his past. There is no such bracelet that would work as you like even though that would be great but all magic has its boundaries. You raise an excellent point though. Why would you go through all this if you could have just stayed? Whatever happened to that lovey dovey talk about being soulmates and imprints forever? Did you finally grow tired of him?”
[Misty]
“Then I guess the person I have sex with will be worth dying for and sadly for you it is not you.” She said before hearing his question, “Dylan it is always great to see you, really. It’s always so fun but I have to go actually so if you don’t mind. I am sure we can talk about why I left Nibs another time.”
[Dylan]
“Well that is one way to look at it. Unless you turn off your feelings of course. It’s never been me so that doesn’t really come as a shock. It was nice catching up I guess. Maybe I will think about wooing you...just maybe.” He teases before making his way to the door. “I assume you will be living here then for a while.”
[Misty]
“Oh the anticipation is killing me.” She joked as she walked him out. “Yeah unless I change my mind. But as of right now this is where I’m staying. Who knows if I’ll be alive for long though.” She shrugged opening her door.
[Dylan]
“Mhm maybe I will take you to a nice place where you can get away from everything if you want. I am the only one that knows of it and if you get really stressed I could bring you there sometime and let you relax there. Just message me and I will happily bring you there. Sound good?” He asks before shoving his hands into his pockets.
[Misty]
She nodded smiling as she looked at him, “I think I would like that. I will keep that in mind. Thank you again for the flowers. And if it makes you feel any better you are the first to kiss me so congratulations.”
[Dylan]
Dylan smiles at her words as he made his way outside. “That does make me feel pretty good.” He teases, “I will see you later Misty.” Dylan waves before heading off.
