I dont know what to ask, ima go with, 'is there a hc ya wanna share?'

Ryuji feels most loved by physical contact. Sure, words are nice to hear regardless of the language, but if you wrap your arm around him and hold him close, there is a 100% chance that he’ll think about it the whole day, and he gets exploding butterflies in his tummy just thinking about it.

The abuse from his dad set in this utter fear of being touched out of the blue, though. If he can see you, it’s generally fine, but even if you’re gentle, touching him out of nowhere when he doesn’t know who the hell you are usually results in an elbow to the face from whoever touched him. You can usually get around this by giving him a warning before you do it.

As for Kamoshida, he is the person who set in Ryuji’s stage fright. When Ryuji’s leg was broken, Ryuji had it broken in front of all his track team members - his friends- who just watched it happen. All of them were too afraid of Kamoshida to object to Ryuji’s mistreatment, and so Ryuji associates a whole group of people staring at him with the traumatic event.

Have you put thought into how ryuji's mom is? How so you see her? Just kinda curious.

rYUJI’S MOM RYUJI’S MOM

ALERT ALERT A TOTAL CUTIE PIE WARNING

Ryuji’s mom had Ryuji at a young age, around 16 years old, maybe a little younger or older, but definitely not older than 18. Ryuji’s been in her life over half of the time she’s been alive, and Ryuji basically lives out the life she’s always wanted to have due to her now flooding of work to support the two of them.

Ryuji’s inherited her eyes and her smile, but everything else is his father (and that’s something he really hates about himself, considering what his father was like). His mom also has dark brown hair (almost black, but not quite). She could probably pass for Ryuji’s sister because she’s quite young, early thirties.

His mom works a l o t to support the two of them, doing quite a lot of different jobs, and is actually quite strong despite being five foot two (a five foot two power house who can spin her five foot nine son around the room without breaking a swear and I will die for this idea.)

Due to not being home often, Ryuji often finds himself alone at night in the apartment, and does the cooking and cleaning so his mom doesn’t have to make herself something to eat at 5am or come home to a messy kitchen. Most nights, Ryuji makes four meals, tomorrows Lunch for the both of them, and tonight’s dinner. If Ryuji didn’t make his mom dinner, she’d probably be so exhausted that she’d just forget to eat.

Ryuji’s mom, when she does get free time, is either a caring mother who does no wrong or a little shit who lives to embarrass her sweet little baby boy Ryu-chan. If Ryuji’s friends are over you can 100% guarantee she’s showing them this thick album filled with baby photos of a little Ryuji with a missing tooth and frizzy untamable black hair while Ryuji whines and cries in the doorway like a kicked puppy.

Hurt her son and you’re dead, kiddo. End of story.

Does ryuji show off when working out? More importantly, can he deadlift akira

Ryuji only shows off when he knows people are watching him work out, but knows his limit pretty damn well. He knows when to stop (Probably bc he’s tried to show off before and made a complete ass of himself before)

He probably can deadlift Akira, but that’s only when Akira gives him a smooch on the cheek and a baton pass first. If it’s a smooch on the lips then Ryuji can run a marathon carrying Akira. The power of love is a strong thing.

Long story short: Ryuji will probably be able to do anything if Akira gave him enough smooches. Tbh he’d do anything if any of the Phantom Thieves gave him a good old smooch.
