Okay so. He goes by cornsley and he is technically the mayor's assistant (NOT assistant mayor the assistant mayor is a werewolf and also an asshole) but the mayor doesn't actually do anything so he just does the mayor's job for him. The thing about all of the creatures in this au is that they have like. They're pretending to be human so that the actual humans will like and accept them.. He has special corn-growing abilities and his field literally acts as his ears. It also acts as a cover for the secret base in the middle of it but that's. Later in the story. Also his fairy sibling's name is fraiser kraynne. They're the one who saves both the lives of cornsley and his son dash and then later saves cornsley by dragging him back into the world where they came from even when it means leaving dash in normal. It's very sad and angsty because that is his son!!! That is his son who he loved! He also stops his son from dying when he's attacked by a group of people who are trying to make him more. Like. Human. Because his son is kinda wacky. Kinda strange. Kinda has space powers. But anyway. He's so <3 he works together with the owner of the local soda shop and a group of monster hunters (who end up being more like. Monster helpers) to return everyone who's been leaking out from the alternate dimension where everyone got banished to in the 50s get back there until at the end theyr like. Hey. Why SHOULD we leave and hide ourselves and who we are from these loser humans. Why do we have to make ourselves palatable to them. It goes badly but then. It gets better. Anyway :)

It's funny because he is not even one of the main characters of this story but I love thinking about him. The main character here is Mitchell Lukas, who I think I have made like?? One post about before but he's a vampire who still needs to go out into the sun so he has a cool umbrella backpack.
