sometimes i’m shocked when people say they can tell i used to be a dancer but then i begin noticing how i automatically pull ballet hands even though literal years have passed since i last performed or competed

Did my first dance competition today!! My team got high gold! Which was the highest they gave out of my performance group though we tied with a few other teams but I think I did pretty well for being sick! My song was Sweet dreams basic I know but my teacher got an award for choreography!
