💐 Where is this oc's favourite place to relax?
Jovie: in her bed! which is a big comfy hammock full of pillows and a big blanket. with her books and toys and games, and her pet elotl, Fig. it's her hangout and quiet spot. one of these days I need to draw their living space, it's basically a pop-up yurt with separate rooms that Bee can carry around in his subspace/hand
Bee: while he puts on a serene front, Bee is rarely truly able to relax. even on a deserted planet with no hint of danger, with his family in sight, his mind is still running escape routes and strategies. I don't think he has a very specific place, but when he needs to just shut off and quiet his mind, he probably finds a deep lake or river and just swims to the bottom and stays there for a while
Thallan: my dear boy starts life off the Ark with some pretty severe agoraphobia, but even on the ship, he would find comfort in enclosed spaces. his living quarters was a glorified broom closet full of pipes, but it was his sanctuary. plus, working in mechanics and engineering on a massive spacecraft, he needed to be comfortable squeezing into tight spaces. Thallan is most relaxed under a roof surrounded by walls, preferably with a tool in hand and loud noises clanging and hissing around him, or music playing. he comes to learn that the buzzing of insects and patter of rain are pretty nice too
