I'm doing a waterfall miter around the edges of the plywood and with the top being 42" I couldn't do my normal tape-the-edges-and-fold routine. I made two cuts on each piece to make space for a 1/4" spline and it worked like a charm. Glue up was a bit tense, but this worked out better than expected!
