Short one-shot comic showing how Present Mic became Dante's favorite hero! Featuring a 19-year-old Present Mic, and four-year old Dante (pre-transition, which is why he's shown wearing girl's clothes). Also a very derpy-looking Tavon, half-assed civilians, and random goatman villain.

Dante is about four in this piece. Having just moved to Japan with his father and step-mother, he doesn't really know too many Japanese heroes. One day while on a walk with his father, Dante witnesses a young Present Mic stop a goat-like villain from robbing a bank, saving the hostages inside. After witnessing this awesome display, Dante resolves in his heart to become a hero one day. He became a lifelong fan of Present Mic. As Dante gets older, he starts listening to Present Mic's radio shows and listening to Mic's music as well.

Dante is the best wingman. He's extremely emotionally observant, so he can tell the instant that one of his friends starts having a crush. And you'd better believe he's going to use that knowledge to play matchmaker!

It's trans awareness week! To celebrate, I wanted to draw my OC Dante wearing a chest binder with the colors of the trans pride flag! So, so subtle. In every other picture of Dante, I always forget to draw his body hair. Because he has a lot of body hair. Hairy arms, pits, chest, legs... Hairy everywhere. He's a very hairy boy, and this is before he even starts on T. I love him with the very core of my being.

*clears throat* Hair pretty.

The leaves are starting to change, pumpkin is in season, and the scream of cicadas is in the air. Naturally, the fall atmosphere has filled me with the urge to draw my plant boy with seasonal hair (and seasonal drinks). Although Spring is Dante's favorite season, Fall comes at a VERY close second! Why? -His hair changes colors! Every year it's a little bit different, but he almost always goes through the entire red-orange-yellow cycle. Dante thinks these colors look really nice on him (he's right). -Weather! (not too cold, not too hot. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.) -Cicadas! -And of course, SEASON DRINKS! Pumpkin chai! Pumpkin spice! Pumpkin ice cream! Pumpkin EVERYTHING! (Except coffee. Dante hates coffee. Not even pumpkins can fix coffee.)

I've been wanting to draw ship art of Dante and Kirishima for a while, and FINALLY got around to it! I love them A LOT, they're both comfort characters for me, and very fun to draw. ;w;

I also... REALLY LOVE how their pallettes compliment each other! I didn't really notice until drawing them together, but Dante's dark skin and green hair just looks really nice with Kiri's light skin and red hair. It's just... Really good. I can't explain it, but the colors make me feel seratonin. They're both baby and I love them. I have a lot developed for these two, but none of it is written down. One of the cutest moments is when Dante comes out as trans, he's really worried that Kirishima will think he's not manly anymore or that Kirishima will break up with him... But Kirishima comforts him by saying that Dante is still the manliest guy he knows. It's very sweet and I love them.

Spring is Dante's favorite season! Herem's a few reasons why! -His hair blossoms in the spring. He can change the type of flower, but mostly goes with plum blossoms or cherry blossoms. It only lasts for a few weeks, usually from the mid-to-late April or early-to-mid March. -The weather is perfect. (Rain! Sun! And most importantly, NO SNOW!) -Everything smells new. -Bugs. Dante LOVES bugs. Any kind of bugs. Butterflies, bees, beetles, flies, mantises, spiders... And lots, lots more. If he finds a bug indoors he'll put it in his hair so that he can safely relocate it to the outdoors later. Has probably scared the shit out of Present Mic on more than one occasion. -Sunglasses! Though this is true of every season. I had A LOT of fun drawing him with bees and butterflies, two of his favorite kinds of bugs. And good Lord that Strawberry outfit is so much better than the first time I drew it... HE'S SO CUTE IN IT I WANT TO HOLD HIM
