in other news I saw a really cool moth earlier
as someone who took surveys for money for over a year, the new polls are going to destroy my sanity
Lord I’m glad you didn’t pay me no attention when I sent up a prayer of a child’s premonition
cause I’ve had time to bloom, planting them roses instead and I’m changing my tune
if you’re ever wondering how to spell a certain sound, this website has tons of entries!
How to write the sound of almost anything, alphabetical or by topic, including laughter, animals, machines, gases, liquids and more. Words t
there are examples for how the sound is used, and multiple spellings of many onomatopoeias if one doesn’t look quite right

there needs to be a game like minecraft but like. for space
i wanna explore nebulas, black holes, far off planets, and comets
or maybe expand minecraft to include travel to other planets (there's already dimensional travel and teleportation, surely it wouldn't be too difficult)
for survival mode you’d need a space suit to travel where there's no atmosphere (air depletion would be similar to drowning), you'd start off on a “home” planet and find the materials needed to build a space-worthy suit and ship
other planets would be like other biomes
idk i just feel like the inherent loneliness of minecraft would fit beautifully into a space format
I love NASA

Finished my first knitting project! Started on Monday with absolutely no idea what I was doing (and most of the time still don’t), and just finished binding off tonight!
I followed absolutely no pattern, it was all just practice. At first I attempted alternating every two rows between knitting and purling but I kept forgetting what I’d just done or had to unravel rows to pick up a dropped stitch and lose track of where I was.
All in all I’m just super proud of myself for not quitting when I messed up like I’ve done so often, and actually finishing something I started. And I enjoyed it!
Ps I have no idea what to do with the tails someone help
