There is an order, but, you can start with MITU if you want. Mainly, how things were, I was so desperate to see anything of them at the time that I took a one shot and stretched the plot and tried to lace it with my other story. It was when they came to be intricately weaved, I decided to work on the prequels, as a way to make up for a slightly rushed beginning.
However, if you still want to follow the story in order it would be:
• Three Days, No Arrests…
• For World Peace! Chaos in Bayan
• The Man in the Uniform/The Man Without the Uniform
