Got story for set movie :0

Yeah I do! But it’s nothing new, the story is basically the stuff I draw all the time with these four… To get to the point, it’s mainly how Virginie and Phil have to handle both their lives, their divorce, struggle with addiction(s) and self discovery as bisexual people/healing. I’ll try to explain what matters to me in this story because the scenario in itself is huuh pretty casual

I want it to be a story about how to handle the tragic yet common stuff you constantly hear about from boomers/older people, and how their struggles aren’t really talked about in movies or modern stories anyway. I want to explore the dynamics of marriage, the questions you may have after living a long time with the same person and the anxiety/questions it leads to. Of course there’s also all the drama surrounding divorce, not getting too heated up about new relationships too fast and loneliness. I also want to focus on older gay people and how they live, but with a non cliché mindset. That’s why I specifically avoided any trope containing cheating, and also why I want their stories to end well.

Despite the crazy relationships stuff, I wanted these characters to be common people, so I based them off adults I know or heard about. That’s why I also chose to set that story in France, in today’s world, and specifically in my region around Paris (banlieue), which are things I am quite nerdy about and always knew. I tried to make them like they could live the lives of millions of french people, which is also something that can be romanticized very quickly. I tried to make them feel familiar and homey. I would like to imitate french cinema but in a better way lol, since the characters depicted rarely feel real or sympathetic, and realistic gay topics are still pretty much taboo anyway.

I know it’s a difficult story to tell and I’m probably still a bit shy to pitch it to anyone because of the topic that is like, super specific. It’s also very in touch with personal stuff like my fixation with daily lives/routine of other people, my fixation with geography, mixed up with a lgbt thematic that I personally experience. But one day I’d like to make it into something at least… Probably on my own and it’ll probably stay little concepts like this on my blog, but hey… at least some of you are enjoying it and even it’s like only one other person and myself it’s enough already

Can some music be made for the zine? Been trying to find music groups or something for a friend,

For now we prefer to go art only. Sorry. 

It might be a thing for future volumes tho. It would be awesome to have some music on the zine.

you... sleep apparently? they havent told much about it, but from what i saw, you’re supposed to literally sleep to play. my guess is that the game progress as you as you dont use your phone or open the app on it so you can do stuff afterwards when you actually use it, but im not completely sure yet

Idk if that girl is part of 2 channel but 2 channel or 2ch is a Japanese message board. Works the same as 4chan where u can make anonymous posts. Became 5ch in 2017.
