Mission Failed || Voting Results || ??? || RE: Ryouma Hayato, Psalm B., Aimi Amamiya
The truth is that he voted without prejudice.
He voted based entirely on the information that had been processed and following everyone else's leads in an effort to not stand out and ride the flow. Death was eventual, after all. As long as they were here, this was going to be the final result. Psalm. Ryouma, he didn't particularly cared. He had steeled his resolve for this.
For one of the two to be executed, but this wasn't the end result he wanted. They were wrong. The killer was Nona Nonon-- no, Aimi Amamiya. That wretched being who cursed his way of being and then went away and committed such a travesty. At first, he'd have been content simply letting them go after a dose of verbal venom.
But then Kokoro's name was rolled. They would be punished for the sake of a killer. That went against justice. That went against everything he stood for! Anger turned to wrath, and wrath turned to something... Colder. Within him. He could admonish Ryouma for providing a near perfect shield for Nona. He could admonish Psalm for pretending to have been the killer for amusement.
He remained silent, and even as he stared coldly at Toyo's emotional display of vulnerability and listened to Kokoro's impassioned speech, his grip only tightens. Tightens until he feels his own nails tear through the fabric of his gloves and break the skin underneath it. Violet eyes focused on Toyo, then to Kokoro, Ryouma, Psalm, and lastly--
He speaks, voice devoid of any emotions. Firm like a tempered blade ready to cut through its chosen victim. If the others thought he had been cold to Masataku before, then this is an entirely different side of him. His voice was colder than the tundra, and his eyes akin to that of an animal about to catch its unfortunate prey.
It happens in the split of a second, really. He had been directly across from the Fantasy Novelist, so it was easy. His movements beyond anything normal. One second he had been standing behind his podium, and the next... The next moment, a sinister, looming presence found itself before Aimi Amamiya. It felt-- looked as if a shadow had slid all the way to where he now stands, a singular motion that could, at best, be caught in everyone's peripheral vision.
"... No, Aimi Amamiya. Fantasy Novelist NS Murderer."
The moment the words left his mouth, the Etiquette Consultant(?) wrapped his arm around the smaller one's collar and in a single motion, pulled them high up in the air until his intense eyes met their own. Seeing as he's 6'1" wearing his boots and they are 5" on the dot, it's... Quite a lift! His expression is tight and steeled, and opposite to their tears of joy, his expression is that of disgust and a controlled resentment.
"Allow me to tell you one thing. You may have escaped this game with your life at the expense of someone else, but I don't intend to forgive you, and will do as you said. I will hate you for as long as you draw breath. When I escape this place, I will hunt you down like the vile being you are, and I will have you sentenced under the crime of murder."
His grip on them tightens, and he doesn't seem like he's going to be letting go anytime soon no matter how much she struggles.
"You wanted to die? Don't speak more lies. You wanted this outcome. Had you truly wanted to die you would've confessed the moment this crime occurred. You would've corrected us on our wrong guess. You would've said something. But you didn't. But that won't suffice. I know your name. I know your face. I know your sickly constitution. Aimi Amamiya. I am the hunter and you are the doe. Run as far as you can for as long as those legs will carry you, because you won't outrun me. To think the likes of you admonished me for being 'too cruel...' How ironic."
He brings them closer to him, his forehead pressing roughly against their own, hoping to instill as much fear within them as he can before they escape.
"Seeing as you've dropped your alias, villain, allow me to drop mine as well. My name is Gaki Junkoku, and my true talent is not Etiquette Consultant. It's Intelligencer, and as a member of the Secret Intelligence Division reporting directly to the Prime Minister, you have my words that I'll find you and I'll make you pay. The rats scurrying in the elite of Japan are bigger threats than you ever will be, Amamiya. I will find you and ensure you pay for what you've done. You won't ever wash the blood of your hands. Wait for me, because I will be following you closely by. Enjoy the time you'll be reunited with your loved ones, because I will cut it short. I will make sure your life is truly cursed. Kokoro-chan won't get to see their loved ones anymore. So why should you."
Having said that, nonchalantly, MIUNHŌSEI-- no, Gaki, drops Aimi unceremoniously onto the floor, internally hoping they get hurt with the fall, but he doesn't move from where he stands. No more movements to harm them, and he stands there, eerily still. He's just standing there. Looming over them, menacingly, his terrifying glare never once leaving them no matter where they turn to until Komori removes them from the room.
So this is who he truly is..?
