Rant
This is deadass just me ranting…
At my school… Lowkey I am either seen as white, black, or mexican… I am all of those, but one day some guy i kinda knew looked at me with a straight face and asked “Are you black?” Now, mind you, I am light-skinned.(Mixed family). I was in such shock I couldn’t answer for a minute. When I finally found an answer I said “Yes. I am. A quarter at least” He nodded and said “Oh cool, so does that mean you can say the n-word”…. I honestly never thought I’d experience something like this cause of how light-skinned I am. I said “yeah, I could, but doesn’t mean I do” And kind of refused to interact with him unless necessary.
Another time I was shocked was when the same guy asked me “Do you vape?” I turned and said “no” He looked honestly shocked and disappointed for some reason. He said “Oh, well, you look like you do” I didn’t talk to him after that. I saw him a couple years later in school a couple times and he kind of changed (physically and personality wise). He’d always ask for a fist bump and I thought “maybe he grew common sense since the last time i saw him” and gave him the fist bumps every-time he asked for one. I forgave him but I didn’t forget what he said.
my little sister? GORGEOUS!!!
