To grow or not to grow.

Sometimes certain things we have to do, they tend to be the more mature thing to do. However, it always seems to be the hardest pill to swallow. For example if I don't like someone, I have absolutely no interest in what they have going on in their life. I also dont have any interest in talking to them. Sometimes though life throws you a curve ball and you no choice. Young Leandra would be ready with my hair tied back, face greased up, and sneakers ready. I am a grown ass woman and that type of behavior is no longer acceptable, it doesn't make these types of situations any less stressful. I am fully capable of putting the big girl panties on and having an adult conversation with someone I don't care for, do I want to? No, but that's what growth is all about. Swallowing that big ass grown up pill. 😝
