Inktober challenge 2025

Oops, I did it again, I did the Inktober challenge 2025 in MY OWN WAY! I didn't do all the prompts this year, I selected, in my opinion, the ones that went best together and could tell a story. Ok, that said, this works features some of my original characters from different drawing series. Here you have Lemur Man (said Baudelaire), Hydra, Taïga Man, Tundra Guardian (the giant deer), Blue (The blue tit), and La Fillette en jaune.

Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Every year, on december, the special Christmas train goes into service. It is usually a long train, pulled by large and powerful locomotives like Alix, Jacques or Ernest. But this year, an exception was made, and this train was entrusted to Timothée, the little tank engine, to reward him for all the good work he has done during the year.

[Unstoppable - Lord of the Lost]

Yes, this song inspired me this drawing, it features my fan character Arthur. He put the Auspicious Armor on, as a sign of loyality and love toward Akira the ceruledge. He wants to become stronger to protect them (Yes, he put it in his head that his mission is to protect Akira, even if they don't need it) and be more confident. Also, this is a logical evolution, since his mother is an armarouge too.

The Charcadet's woods [part 2]

Remember that old drawing ? (bottom photo)

Me being too perfectionist and eternally dissatisfied, I wanted to remake this drawing. Well, it was the project, because this drawing is ultimately more of a sort of continuity to the first one. And guess what, I'm not 100% satisfied with this one either. Honestly, I even gave up at a certain point, just because I don't have the skills to draw a landscape or a background (in any case, with my style it never comes out as I imagined it). Whatever, I won't give up and will do better next time, I hope.

Charcadet's Wonder Garden

This is somewhat a challenge from my mom. She wanted me to draw some vegetables and flowers from her garden, but with the Charcadet hiding inside. She wanted me to do a drawing in the same style that "The Charcadet's woods". For once, I am really very satisfied with this drawing, it inspired me a lot.

La Conversation (alt. version)

This is still a serious conversation!

At my mother's request, I realized "La Conversation" on a canvas with acrylic and oil painting. (A big thank you to her for lending me the oil painting, I didn't have my owns). I hope you will also enjoy this slightly different version from the previous one.
