The Charcadet's woods [part 2]

Remember that old drawing ? (bottom photo)

Me being too perfectionist and eternally dissatisfied, I wanted to remake this drawing. Well, it was the project, because this drawing is ultimately more of a sort of continuity to the first one. And guess what, I'm not 100% satisfied with this one either. Honestly, I even gave up at a certain point, just because I don't have the skills to draw a landscape or a background (in any case, with my style it never comes out as I imagined it). Whatever, I won't give up and will do better next time, I hope.

Arthur and the charcadet

I tested something new with my art style here. I assume it's a sort of surreal style, mixed with … I don't know, my own art style.

Arthur the Armarouge is a true father figure to the little charcadet, even if they are not his biological children. The Charcadet are real rascals, one of them is crying because he had a fight with his brother and loses it.
