Glowkies!!!

Our first gijinka is done! Of course, I had to start my favorite trio of them all!

I've seen a few takes on humanized Mixels and wanted to try it for myself! I used their descriptions given on their Lego packages (which I found on the wiki). I don't think I'm the first one to say it, but GOD WERE VAMPOS AND BOOGLY ROBBED!!! Their personalities described would've been so fun to see, but all we get are a few words and a few funny gags with Boogly. That's my biggest gripe with the specials. Series only have ONE episode to establish their characters, and with their being NINE per wave, giving them only a 20-minute episode is basically shooting them in the back before they can even arrive.

Anyways, with that small rant out of the way-

I gave Globert a dramatic and flamboyant look, Vampos a sporty punk-rock look (the rock look came from the mix he had with Globert, I feel like Vampos might've been a bit of the reason behind that) , and Boogly a fashion designer-critic look (to fit his snobbish tone, I thought of those overly critical fashion designers depicted in movies. Obviously, not all of them are like that of, but you get the jist).

Finally, underneath, I have a little bit of lore for the Glowkies (being their origins) and how tribes are formed! It's a little bit long, but it should be worth your time! Happy reading!

How Are Tribes Created?

Tribes are created when the bond or shared interest of three mixels are so strong that they are willing to create a “forever pact” and share their niche across the rest of the world. This pact is sworn through the essence of a color-coded cubit — a cubit exclusive to them. This cubit allows the three mixels to max, something that only tribes themselves are capable of. Over time, their environment will develop to fit the theme (usually starting wherever the first cubit was created or first max occurred).

The Glowkies were originally a bunch of normal space bats — the sentient birds of outer space. One day, a space bat known as Globert came across a grand performance held on a neighboring planet and was immediately enthralled. He looked into everything showbiz and flair, and soon came up with a new dream : To host the greatest show across the entire universe!

Globert would search the universe to put together a team to help him reach his goal. On his journeys, he would come across two other space mixels : Vampos, a hard rocker and master in everything sports and dance; and Boogly, a snobbish space bug with a big and loud mouth, but was also an amazing fashionista that shared the same desire for the stage as Globert. Together, the three would form a band called the Glowkies.

The band would travel across the galaxy and quickly become a milky way sensation. However, it would be a gig within the caverns of the Mixel Moon that would cause these three to make history. Before the Glowkies became permanent residents there, the place was nothing more than an empty, hollow husk. It didn't take long for them to work their magic, installing lights, setting up decorations, and a huge stage to perform. Boogly even used his jaws to make a better entrance for the space critters staying there. This act of kindness would not only attract mixels from all over the galaxy, but lead to their best and most iconic performance yet. Midway through the show, an unplanned bright light began emitting from the middle of the stage and down came the Glowkie's very own cubit, making themselves legends and neighbors of a tribe they didn't know were already there…
