Ingredients: 1 cup of plain yogurt. 1/2 cup of rolled oats. 1 blood orange, peeled and segmented. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 1 tablespoon of honey. A pinch of salt. A sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Put the plain yogurt and rolled oats in a bowl and mix them together. Mix it well, then set it aside for 5 minutes to let the oats get soft.
