46. “This whole world needs to be cleansed.”

“what kind of sentiment is that?” 

seokjin was nothing but bemused. here was a thief, speaking about what the world needs, and indirectly talking about how the world should be – at least, in seokjin’s opinion, that was implied. a petty thief being so idealistic (no matter what these ideals were) was absolutely hilarious to someone who had ambition, and the means to achieve it, and could steal more than just material belongings from other people.

“and who, exactly, are you going to clean out if you had the chance?” seokjin smiled even wider. “and what for?”

He nodded his head, clearing his throat and searching for the right words to say and not sound like an idiot. After all he was the one who kissed her, so things probably couldn't get any awkwarder then it already was. “Um Yeah just a meaningless kiss to save your ass.” an awkward smile taking to his lips as he rubbed the back of his head, eyebrows knitting together in a ‘I'm not sure what just happened’ look.  His normal expression takes its grip on his face when he feels her shove, a small chuckle escaping past his lips. “It’ll be our little secret i promise. Although the couple of people that saw us probably don’t count as keeping it between us huh?” shoving his hands into the pockets of his coat, his lips biting at his turtle neck to pull it up over his lips to hide the grin now growing on his lips. He was going to hold this over her for the rest of her life.

22. “Do you want to tell me what really happened?”

Luhan was no snitch. If he blabbed about it now, karma would shove a rake up his ass later. “Want to?” His eyes bore into the girl as he dissected the wording, shaking his head dismissively. She was young — too young. This upper-hand inflated his confidence, and he muttered underneath an airy breath, “I don’t particularly want to do anything for you.” If she had the bucks or influence, he wouldn’t have any choice. Acting high and mighty was a privilege for Luhan, and it only grew more with each year. Maybe he would be kind and offer some advice. “Are you interested in a tip?” His brow raised with his own suggestion, leaning forward with a wicked smile. “To get anything you want — anything in the world.” She wasn’t ugly, and he could certainly pretend she was some goddess if it wormed his way out of this confrontation. “Open your legs, and act pretty. Works every time.”

44. “If you’re going to do it, DO IT!”

He panicked and wasn’t exactly sure he was supposed to do when she called out the words. Blinking a few times he stared at her, a cough coming from her lips and the girl repeating herself once more as if she needed him to save her ass. But when he soon realised that she had taken the mans wallet who was now starring at them he realised what needed to be done. So he probably does the worst thing he can do and suddenly kisses her against her own will. Hoping that would shake the guy off their tail and that he didn’t actually realise she took his wallet. And hoping that a slap wouldn’t follow after it.
