I was one of those kids who LOVED my public school lunches. One of my favorite lunches that I honestly haven't seen many other places were pizza burgers! 🍕🍔 .. To make a real deal pizza burger (not just a cheeseburger with 2 mini pizzas as a bun, seriously what is that about?) I took my homemade black bean & walnut burger recipe, topped it with a little pizza sauce and @miyokoscreamery mozz in the last 5 minutes of baking to get the cheese nice and melty, then served it on a toasted english muffin (or poor man's ciabatta) with even more pizza sauce! .. Definitely try it if you haven't. I am always worried I won't like vegan dairy products, but I keep being pleasantly surprised

Swipe through to see all the photos of tonight’s dinner ➡️ DJ and I ordered some pizzas from Pizza Hut, and as we were driving to pick them up we passed by a Natural Grocers grocery store. We picked up some Daiya cheddar and mozzarella shreds and a block of Miyoko’s Creamery vegan mozz. This is the first time we’ve tried it, and I’m in love 😍 it’s so tasty on pizza! Definitely try it out. We also picked up a box of Annie’s Bunny Grahams to snack on while we watched tv.

Charcuterie boards have become my new favorite NYE tradition and this year I went all out! 🥂✨ .. Dairy-free & vegan #charcuterie with cashew cheese wheel recipe from @the_buddhist_chef (I formed it in a small springboard pan), a cheese ball made with @miyokoscreamery cream cheese and blended cashews, homemade peppered seitan sausage, @divinaspecialty chili fig spread, and @sesmarkcrackers sesame thins!
