Miyuspork Fankids (Yukio and Splayd)

Yukio and Splayd are the kids of Miyuki and Spork whom I designed on a whim bc the urge was too strong.

There are essentially two alternative versions with them being born BEFORE the events of Memory Executed AU or born AFTER... In which the Before ME! AU events is a bad timeline bc the kids suffered a lot after the death of Miyuki n Spork as Tallests.

Splayd took a lot of Spork's vortian side and aside from her green skin, looks more Vortian than ever. She inherited Spork's strength too hence she's capable of using a big hammer as her main weapon.

Yukio is a special case because he was the unexpected child after Splayd. He's actually a mini clone of Miyuki created by the Control Brains, specifically designed to inherit pieces of the Control Brains which become his core struggles. Despite that, Miyuki accepts him as her own at such a young age and Yukio grows up with her older sister, Splayd.

Does Spork do anything stupid to impress Miyuki like trying to juggle a dozen soda cans to have them all explode on him instead?

YEAH that's accurate, he's kinda like a jester with how he acts and Miyuki loves it (aside the fact that Spork gets too silly and ends up exploding... he survives though). Miyuki is the kind to enjoy unpredictability and also the simple things as her status leads to being met with grand gestures and hyper-analyzing people to calculate her next step with words.

It is boring and even (something she refuses to admit) a burden since she has almost no time for herself. She sees it as a debt she has to take considering the odd history she has with the Control Brains- she does accept her Tallest role as she gets some sense of normality and freedom if you exclude her busy schedule.

Anyways, she really really likes Spork, she's genuinely a dork once she's able to bloom and tear herself away from the constant need to be a towering figuring shouldering the Empire's burdens.

Forgot to post it here, planned to add another Ship chart to explain these two but maybe another time! Aside from being the biggest dorks ever in both the universe and my heart, they're just. Everything!!!

Don't ask regarding the age difference being full on question marks, it's complicated to explain especially on Miyuki's end but if I were to perceive them in human years I'd say they're past mid-thirties (Spork being a few years younger) hence the "senior" and "junior" labels to at least convey it.

They first met like when Miyuki was assigned Tallest and Rarl Kove personally chose Spork to be her personal body guard. It was a slow burn thing as both were not familiar with their feelings for one another and it was difficult (especially on Spork's end) to properly articulate his feelings for her as he assumes it's the usual admiration one would feel to their Tallest.

Miyuki's first impression of him was definitely to squeeze his face first to examine further (as she had been deprived of her senses during her time with the Control Brains, so even if she had lot of knowledge beforehand thanks to the collective data bank + her being more of a Mini-Control Brain in a semi-artifical body, she was still unsure how to act normally around people within her vicinity)

Aside from that, it was completely professional... Well, unconventionally professional? Because they both didn't follow the books- especially Spork, as not only was he entirely unpredictable and (stupidly) strong, he did his job right in his own way. Either a result of him spending more time on Hobo-13 or that he has never truly fit the mold of your average Irken. So Miyuki realized that she doesn't have to 100% follow her plans and if anything, this unpredictability brought interesting things into her life.

Miyuki can be described as a genius, someone capable of reading people and their ulterior motives so well you are unable to lie to her face. She recognizes patterns, she studies people with a quick glance, and she's always aware of her surroundings so any attempt to end her life is already revealed in her mind. Yet Spork's unpredictability opened a new path for her to enjoy life without having to rely on her own mental calculations. This leads to her stepping more and more out of this "formal zone" and do things in her own way.

Compared to her predecessors, she was the most resourceful. She only had Spork, The Inventor, Rye, and Rarl Kove with her. She doesn't necessarily need an army on hold, these people- especially Spork- were enough. She was a genius of her own ways... And this new normalcy allowed her to experience new things- such as the amount of cuteness aggression she constantly fights back or the ego boost she has when Spork does things for her.

It's small acts and Miyuki is entirely grateful that Spork still chooses to treat her as an equal (probably a result of Spork's lack of understanding with how one should act around their superior) and Spork enjoys spending time with her!! If anything, he assumes Miyuki is just a very very good friend and he ends up overlooking the fact that saying you're on super duper awesome cool terms with THE ALMIGHTY TALLEST around your colleagues is... Odd! (Mostly out of concern for Spork- Sizz Lorr especially is WORRIED worried if Spork is being manipulated or stuff yet his worries seem to settle upon learning bit by bit Miyuki is NOT like the previous Tallest)

Anyways, its just massive slow burn and misunderstandings of their own feelings. It's Miyuki who makes her first move that she likes him and it seems her words became the final puzzle piece for Spork to connect the dots and know HE'S stressing bc holy moly wait she likes him?!?!? He likes her!?! This is crazy, he needs to do 500 push ups now or he'll explode.

Their relationship isn't too smooth as it turns out they're both awkward in intimacy and being vulnerable with their emotions, either due to not understanding them clearly or just having been so used to secrecy that once you open up you're like... Okay, now what :(???

Miyuki, a genius, in genuine shambles as she's unable to do PDA with Spork (for their safety and also to not give Rarl Kove a heart attack, poor guy). She's minutes from exploding and also Spork gave her a really pretty rock that he said reminded him of her and she still has it with her. (Ego boost)

Spork is incredibly affectionate and while not good with words, his actions speaks for him (and also lots of gift giving from his mini adventures or if he finds a cool souvenir that Miyuki would like). He asks for advice from Sargeant Hobo 678 since he's the only non Irken who's familiar with the concept of love and partners n also offerings n whatnot.

It's also worth noting that during the early stages of their relationship (established), there are bumpy roads such as the internal struggles Miyuki has. Considering what she had to endure for so long- she definitely has lots of bad traits she refuses to acknowledge originated from the Control Brains, reflected with her silent possessiveness that blurs with her "jealousy" (or mostly envy of Spork's upbringing) and also her over protective nature peeking out due to the trauma of having things dear to her be taken away so prematurely by the Control Brains.

She has her moments where she's in an internal battle of if she's controlling or if she's not giving enough, unable to properly calculate her own efforts or worth unless she sacrifices bits of herself (because her impulsive self sacrificing nature is a result of her not wanting to be a Control Brain). It's a mentally that, in the future, she's still trying to unlearn.

With Spork's support (lightly bonking her whenever she makes a self deprecating joke or is impulsively throwing herself head first into danger), he ends up becoming that anchor for her to ground her from the need to prove something.

Pretty much! He's one of the rare occasions where physical touch is a love language of his, something he grew familiar with as he grew up with Sizz-Lorr and eventually met Sarg. Hobo 678 who was more of the "I'm giving you noogies every time you're within my vicinity bc ur my little brother" type and doesn't follow Irken societial rules.

So he can be admirable and loving or super happy to see hs brothers or perhaps rough housing a bit with the Elites so that they "stay in shape for training" (Red is TIRED)

There are, however, moments where Spork goes overboard...

MIYUKI and SPORK but they're on Earth, retired, and old (as per usual).

This is suppsoed to be an AU more focused on them + Prof Membrane cause they sillay... Miyuki is a teacher but she does a lot of side jobs even though she doesn't need to, a habit of hers (coughs, wokaholic) due to the difference of working hours on Earth. She enjoys the slow and mundane life where she's not needed in the Empire (finally, a vacation...)

Spork is a stay at home partner who does keep the house tidy and he's a good cook if you ignore how... alive it looks. Also he finds snakes cute so you'll find the fuzze snake head slippers he likes to wear.

Crack ship AU where Miyuki and Spork are alive, married, and have been hiding on Earth and Professor Membrane ends up meeting them (in their human disguises) and he's having a dilemma of "Goodness... I'm a homewrecker :[" as he comes to the conclusion he MIIIGHT like them both and he doesn't realize it's mutual n Miyuki and Spork wants him to like, be part of their trouple...

Also Miyuki pranking Dib (who is punching the ground, screaming, "DAD YOUR DATE(S) ARE ALIENS") by taking off her human disguise behind Prof. Membrane's back when Dib is nearby.

Spork, on the other hand, makes really good meatloaf (do not ask him what the substitutes are in the ingredients. Rancid cook yet somehow still edible and horrifyingly close to the original taste)
