...well, they look like blue briefs - now that I look again I guess I can't be sure - perhaps it's just a blue band at the top (that seems thicker in back?) I dunno - I'll leave you alone now. Sorry! Cheers! :)

I also dislike Facebook - and while I do still have an account there I rarely check it. I use Tumblr as a safe(ish) fun place where I can indulge in my fandom likes. I hope you too can find & maintain a happy-fun place, be it here or elsewhere. Best of luck to you!!

Hi! Sorry to bug you, but if memory serves you were one of the lucky few who got to see the taping of Room 101 with David Tennant. I know that there were 3 topics, but they only showed 2 of them on the televised version. I was wondering if you would be willing to share what David said about his 3rd, unaired topic (I believe someone said the topic was flossing?). I'd just love to know how that discussion went - if you have the spare time/willingness to share. No worries if you don't. Thank you!!

You’re right, he chose flossing as his other one; he said that ‘it’s something that was invented in the ‘90s and is just another thing to make us feel guilty about not doing properly.’ Frank asked if he did it anyway, and he said, ‘yeah but only cos if i don’t, the dental hygienist will come at me with the big [i think he said ‘metal’ here??] thing and it’d hurt even more!’

He went on to say something revolting about how when you get a piece of food out from the back teeth and it feels your mouth with that disgusting - i believe he used the word ‘rancid’ - taste of rotten something or other, which I’ve since tried to block out lol

Of the three - while I agree with him; flossing is the bane of my life - I would say it was probably the least entertaining of his choices, which is potentially why it didn’t make the cut and the others did. But like with the other two, he gave a persuasive, compelling argument lol. I loved how passionate he got about the things he hates!

I wonder if they might show the unseen bits in a future ep, like they do with other shows like that at the end of the series, e.g. Mock the Week’s Unseen Extras/Have I Got More News for You/QI XL. Apparently even Bring the Noise had an ep which showed some things that didn’t make the initial eps, too, though idk if any of David’s parts were included, I’ll have to check that out.
