Why do I feel like I’m the only one who still likes Classic!Usagi? Cuz I swear that nowadays, everyone thinks she’s the worse version of Usagi compared to manga/Crystal/PGSM versions of her. Like sorry that I still accept who she is in that version and I’m sorry that you think that she doesn’t seem to grow at all even though she HAS grown if you bothered to pay attention at all and not take shit at face value (I mean, my unpopular opinion is that I don’t hate filler at all and also people forget the 90s anime is a completely different ballpark than manga due to having to run with it at the time and didn’t always get the plot details until it was kind of too late to get them all in there like what did you expect? oh wait don’t answer that) and also sometimes humans are gonna act in ways that make you wonder if they’ve actually grown as a person (I know that I have done this. I mean, I’m a lot more better than when I was 14, but sometimes I still act childish so...)

ugh sorry i’m just really annoyed that people hate 90s anime Usagi now and I’m just over here being all ‘who fucking cares if 90s anime Usagi isn’t the exact same as the other versions holy fuck’

I’m so tired of Frozen haters being all ‘lol frozen thinks it’s soooooo speshul for doing things that previous disney movies did why would anyone like this movie’

Like okay, maybe it’s not exactly original in regards to such, but it’s an okay movie to me. Can you just move on from this? This is literally getting old and it’s more old than that whole “ELSA ANNA AND THEIR MOM LOOK ALIKE LOL WHAT’S GENETICS” shit you seem to bring back every now and then...

But seriously, critique is when you say what needs to be improved so they can get better. Critique is NOT being all ‘lol that looks so bad don’t ever do this again’. Cuz that REALLY gonna make someone want to be better if you have to be an elitist asshole to someone if they don’t get oh so perfect immediately.

God fucking damn, it is NOT that hard to critique how a cosplay looks WITHOUT being an asshole and implying that people shouldn’t cosplay a character if they don’t have the body type/skin color/gender identity to be such.

And one more post about Belle since I DID forget to talk about her since she came around before Mulan.

She is book smart, didn’t let the Beast boss her around when she took her father’s place as a prisoner, and she SAVED the prince in the end.

And I don’t really want to get into why labeling this movie as ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ is wrong cuz there are people who know more about this subject that can explain it better than I could.
