So we dropped 'The Big Payback vol.6' a few days ago and dedicated it to @djmrlob (Melbourne, Australia) as a thank for the support over the years. . Me? I knocked up a lofi (no real "low fidelity" and crispy) sounding number called 'Teary Eyed Beauty'. I chopped and edited an old skool drum break taken from vinyl. Flipped a certain Jazz piano riddim for a melanchloic feel, and then got on the mic to do what we'll call my "vocal trumpet harmony" on the chorus a long with some subtle Wurlitzer in the background. A few extra layers and percussion and I had to call it a day due to the deadline.
