Random anecdote that just came to mind.

A number of years ago, I went on a trip to France with my school.  During one of our free time periods there, some friends and I just sorta hung around this one street in Paris, drinking coffee, watching other tourists.

Out of nowhere, this flock of asian schoolgirls come out of nowhere.  They seem to also be a part of a tour group of some sort.  They come over to us and, in broken french, ask if they can take pictures with us.  So we put on our best french accents and say yes.  They take the pictures and head out, leaving us sorta wondering what just happened.  And then it hit us.

They totally thought we were locals.

So, I got fairly drunk last night...

Long story short, I found this on my computer just now.

I missed having coffee every morning.

Started computer this morning.

Monitor acts strange.

Restart computer.

Monitor explodes.

Go to buy new monitor.

Need 4:3 aspect ratio because that's the only thing that will fit on desk.

Nobody sells those anymore.

:(

Go home.  Ponder options.

Remove hutch from desk to make space.  Place it next to desk.

Shit, now I've got tons more space!

And it looks rad!

Go out again to buy a monitor.

Pick up a 27" HD.

Hell.

Fucking.

Yes.
