He doesn’t have to step inside to know the other might be down, the sizzling magic of the tribrid reached him. She was anxious. Enough that his siphoning abilities could almost take it out of the room. “Come on. A bunch of us will be going to town, free ice cream and all. And we accept no other answer but YES, Hope.”

     “  gotta  say ,  i  didn’t  take  you  for  the  kind  of  girl  that  would  sneak  up  on  guys  at  the  gym ,  hope .  ”  theo  slow  turn  around  proceeds  a  couple  of  seconds  after  his  words ,  he  could  sense  the  girl  miles  away ,  especially  for  the  high  level  of  hormones  that  he  wouldn’t  comment  on  just  yet .

i do but don’t and every time i say i’m done with her she pulls me back in. i hAve to watch it though so i can rant with you all about how bad she is. but i’m not ready

      words  fired  almost  automatically ,  as  if  he’s  been  waiting  for  this  moment  for  a  while  now .  “  who  said  i  don’t ?  ”  little  attention  given  to  the  mikaelson  however  as  the  boy  has  one  last  look  around  them ,  a  scoff  when  everything  was  telling  him  to  give  up .  “  i  swear  it  was  somewhere  close ,  i  remember .  --  and  thank  god  i  have  a  witch  as  a friend ,  at  least  that  makes  things  easier .  ”  the  level  of  sarcasm  is  noticeable  by  his  tone  of  voice  even  before  she  could  look  at  him ,  a  frown  on  his  face .

He had been driving for some time. Hope peacefully asleep in the seat beside him. This was his duty now. He had a duty unlike any before to protect Hope. Hayley had done so for all those years. Now it was up to him. Her only parent left. He was taking her out of the school for a bit. He didn’t know what might come when Hope found out about what had happened. But for now, he just wanted her to feel at peace. That was he wanted for her. Peace, and quiet. Even if the madness inside his mind was at an all time high.
