* MINOR MIRACULOUS LADYBUG ORGINS SPOILERS BELOW! *

okay so it's 5:30 let's see if i can make sense. miraculous ladybug started out being geared towards a younger audience, right? when dealing with younger audiences, it's important to show pure love if there is romance in the plot. and to me, miraculous ladybug is the epitome of just that; pure love. i just finished watching orgins, and the part where chat noir looks up at ladybug and says, "wow. doesn't matter who's under that mask, but i love her, this girl." he literally knows nothing about her. he can't see her face or what she really looks like. he only sees a strong girl fighting her way through the chaos to protect everyone. there's just something about her that makes him love her, regardless of who she is or what she looks like. and that strong realization that he loves this girl doesn't falter throughout the entirety of the show. not once. it only grows and strengthens. they support each other, and care for one another. they may be running in circles around one another now, but paths are crossing and their love is beginning to blend together in both of their existences, both as chat noir and adrien, and ladybug and marinette. just as the old man said, those two are made for each other.

Miraculous Origins (Warning)

So, I finally watched the Origins episodes and like everyone else I loved them.

Papillon says that he found Nooroo (butterfly miraculous), and later Master Fu says that he had lost it. Since, the episode opens with Nooroo explaining about Miraculouses and the abilities of the butterfly miraculous I think Papillon just found it fairly recently. From the explanation of the butterfly miraculous’ abilities, I think it’s safe to say that whomever is the holder of the miraculous has never been meant to fight themselves. Why? Because butterflies are frail and delicate. This kinda explains Nooroo’s personality and how quickly he succumbs to Papillon.

Marinette has been in the same class as Chloe for four straight years (this season marks the fourth), which means they’ve known each other since they were ten.

Chloe calls Alya the new girl, which means that everyone else (not counting Adrien) know each other to some degree.

Ivan’s last name begins with a “b” and Miss Bustier let them sit wherever they want (except Nino who was told to sit in the front for once). This means that the theory of them sitting in alphabetical order is null and void.

As of the origin episode only the bee miraculous and the fox miraculous have not been given out. Master Fu said he has only made one mistake in his life (I wonder if that is losing the butterfly miraculous or  something else). Fu is 186 years old (turtles are known for their longevity) and his age seems to play into why he isn’t able to transform himself.

Thanks to Papillon revealing himself, the people of Paris know that those who are possessed are not at fault (poor Ivan).

Kwami’s seem to have various degrees of being able to sense one another.

Holders of miraculous are not allowed to tell others, explains why Tikki freaked out in Pharaoh.

I think Alya is Marinette’s first friend.
