ML Reboot: Miraculous: Heroes of Miracles: Tikki and Plagg

-Yes even the Kwami get some changes.

-So Tikki and Plagg are among the most powerful Kwami, being that they are the avatars of concepts of Creation and Destruction. So other Kwami are Reverent of them. A healthy amount of fear and respect.

-Tikki gets a bit of a shift. She loves Inventions, constantly learning about the world and the new things added to it. She is inquisitive and thinks humans are such creative creatures. She loves seeing how it works.

-She also LOVES Marinette’s plans and creative designs. She even adds suggestions to it, finding the simple solutions more boring. If anything Tikki loves when things are complex. Baked Goods being an Exact science makes her LOVE them more.

-She is less Marinette’s Good Angel and more Marinette’s motivator. She doesn’t discourage Marinette’s ideas, only if she doesn’t think the idea is creative.

-Tikki loves art… but HATES counterfeits. And Tikki hates Unoriginality more than anything. Being inspired by something is different than ripping it off.

-Tikki’s concept of Morality develops along with her time as Marinette’s kwami. Kwami adapt to their user, gaining more from them the closer they grow. Tikki becomes more of Marinette’s second opinion later on as Marinette will know that Tikki is right because SHE knows what is right. But this is much less preachy.

-Tikki views Marinette as her favorite holder.

-As for Plagg, there isn’t as much of a change for him. He is pretty much the same as in the OG. With some quirks.

-Plagg loves watching things break and loves watching hydraulic press videos.

-Plagg also sees Adrien as a servant at first (like all cats) but starts to care more for Adrien. Even bonding with the boy. Something he rarely does.

-Though as he bonds with Adrien, like Tikki with Marinette, he becomes Adrien’s second opinion on things as their morality aligns

-Plagg loves rotten smells as in canon, and also enjoys fish. Finding their smell “Decadent”

-Plagg usually avoids getting close to holders because they eventually die, and it’s that mentality that usually keeps him at a distance but… after getting to know Adrien he feels that maybe his mentality is wrong.

-Plagg and Tikki true forms exist outside of the universe, in a realm that contains their respective powers.

-Marinette and Adrien both get to see the true forms of their kwamis and are the first holders to do so with the permission of their Kwamis.

-Should the true forms enter the universe, the power they emit simply entering it could disrupt the universe permanently, that’s why they make their little kwami avatars. (Think True form Darkseid, )

-Tikki and Plagg true forms are in love with one another (kwami not being in love is fucking bullshit and I’m retconning that). And their users often fall in love. Not because of the miraculous making them so, but because those with compatibility are often drawn to be users of the miraculous.

-The ladybug and Cat miraculous are rarely used due to their power, but have made their marks throughout history.

ML Reboot: Miraculous: Heroes of Miracles

(So this is just a post of the ideas I had for my own take on a Miraculous Reboot)

- Fu’s backstory and Role are greatly changed. Fu is a survivor of the Zodiac Coup (guardians that went against the Grandmaster and the original Order of Guardians). Escaping with the 3 miraculous he was left in charge of (guardians are in charge of 1 to 3 miraculous instead of a full box of them), the bee, Turtle and Fox and the two the Grandmaster was in charge of (the Ladybug and Cat).

-Marinette’s past is more fleshed out. Her clash with Chloe is because she was once friends with the Blonde, and after realizing she was being taken advantage of, left. Sabrina was once Marinette’s best friend but stayed with Chloe.

-Chloe is a lot more manipulative and callous. She is much more pretend nice, only showing her fangs when people go against her. Like with Marinette and eventually Alya.

-Adrien’s mother is dead. Not missing. It’s clear she is Gone.

-Adrien’s best friend is Felix and both of them are in contact regularly before origins (think like Zack and Cody sort of closeness). And it was Felix encouraging Adrien’s defiance before Plagg came along.

-Lila’s character has some MASSIVE changes before canon

-Nino gets more development, and he is originally more aloof and on guard with people before starting to care about his friends.

-Kagami also gets some development and she has known Felix, Adrien and Chloe since she was younger.

-Adrien is not childhood friends with Chloe. He was nice to her because his parents wanted him to get along with her, and to that extent is polite to her. But he is willing to call her out when she is mean to others, especially his friends.

-The Final Hero team will be

Ladybug, Chat noir, Rena Rouge, Carapace, Bella Bee, Sasakia, and Le Paon. (The entire class does not get a miraculous) (Sasakia and Le Paon are still being discussed on name change)

-Kwami are much more influenced by their user. Often becoming Good or bad depending on their holder’s traits. (Like Chao from Sonic)

-Kwami are avatar for the primordial deities to use their powers in this plane. Their true forms exist on a different plane of existence and are unaffected when someone makes a wish using the Ladybug and cat miraculous.

- lovesquare is very much alive.

ML Reboot: Miraculous: Heroes of Miracles: The Miraculous (Part 4)

Time to talk about the other miraculous.

-Fox Miraculous

The Concept is not Illusion, It’s Evaluation. Meaning Assessment, what is true and what is not.

-The power of the Fox is still Mirage. But early on the power can only work on one or two senses at a time.

-Rena Rouge becomes one of the only Fox users that managed to make illusions that fool 5 senses. It’s very difficult to do but Rena can basically make illusions feel as real as possible, but once it’s revealed to be an illusion, or she dispels it the effects of it vanish.

-Trixx is very similar to his canon counterpart but is a master of trickery. The only person he can’t fool is Alya. As the bond lets her know when he is messing with her.

-Turtle Miraculous

-The concept of Protection is the same. But the powers get an upgrade.

-At first it was just forcefields of various sizes but Carapace eventually figured out how to upgrade them.

-Electric force fields, spike shields, Ally only forcefields (lets Allies go in and out. Reflective force fields. And Even create weapon duplicates, because the concept of what constitutes protection varies.

-Nino’s view on protection evolves faster than the others understandings of their concept

-Nino can even alter his shield (think rise of the shield hero)

-Bee Miraculous

-The concept is not Subjugation it’s Jurisdiction (which is similar but a bit different. It’s knowing when or when not to exert authority) and the power isn’t Venom. It’s Command.

-Queen Bee initially appeared to have a good grasp on the Bee’s power. Even learning that her power (Command) was actually more versatile then just keeping people frozen. She can give other basic orders. (Bow) is the one she figured out how to use.

-The intial strike leaves the individual struck to be frozen on the spot. But it actually leaves them in standby. And once they execute the one word order they snap back to their senses.

-Bella Bee figured out there was Positive orders that can be given. Such as “resist”, letting an ally shake off the effect of another power. Or “Defend”, “Attack” “hide”

-Though this power isn’t perfect. If used on someone with a miraculous, they have a resistance to it and can fight against it should they want to. Usually the stronger will prevails.

-Butterfly miraculous

-The concept of Transmission is the same. But there are some caveats.

-The person must accept the powers, only one at a time, and can be broken free of by the akumatized (like in canon)

-The Butterfly can not akumatize Emonsters (sentimonsters are called Emonsters and I will get into this later in the post) they must have sentience to be akumatized.

-Akuma can be attracted to any emotion of the Users choosing.

-The more emotional investment the butterfly user has in the akumatized person the more powerful the akuma. As well is how durable the akumatized Object is.

-Akumatized Miraculous users don’t get additional powers, they just get boosted powers. Acting more like a booster. The boost is also temporary usually only lasting 5 minutes.

-Sasakia figures out this to create powerful Allies and boost her friends.

-The Peacock

-The Peacock Miraculous still is the concept of Emotion. But I am adding changes to the ability

-They are Emonsters or Emon for short. Not sentimonsters or senticreatures.

-The ability to create sentient creatures is impossible. These are the embodiment of emotions. So no making babies with this thing. Creating life and free will is Tikki’s field.

-Emonsters can take many forms, and can even APPEAR and act human. But are not and do not have a soul or will outside of obeying orders. They have no desires outside of fulfilling the request of those that hold their amok except their initial purpose. Even if their Amok item is on the Emonsters person, it will continue its purpose.

-Emonsters also have a shorter range. And if they exceed the range. (Roughly 25 kilometers radius) away from their Item. they will go inert.

-If Cataclysmed they will go berserk much like a malfunctioning robot. Unless the cataclysm is meant to destroy them completely (as Emonsters are embodiments of an emotion. It takes a lot of effort to destroy a concept)

-The stronger the emotion used the more powerful the Emonster. Only one Emonster can be created by a user at a time.

-Emonsters are basically like Pokémon or Digimon.

-Emonsters can become more powerful if more than one person’s emotion is used.

-The Emonster used to attack the master guardian had the emotions of 6 members of the Zodiac. Which made it Incredibly formidable. Fu even goes as far as to say the strongest Creature ever made on earth.

-Felix also realized that not only can they call back Amok. They can sense amoktized items and locate them when using the peacock.

-Emonsters can be altered even after creation. Something Felix discovers.

ML Reboot: Miraculous: Heroes of Miracles: Nino Lahiffe

-Nino is a lot more guarded in this then in canon

-Nino usually keeps to himself, often listening to music in his free period at school and only answering when he is called on.

-He has nothing against anyone, he just feels there is no point getting invested with others.

-Nino grew up with a family that came to france when he was young. Which made it difficult for him to communicate while learning French.

-Aside from his family, no one really reached out to him when he needed help, even previous teachers were dismissive. This made Nino used to not expecting help and decides that he prefers to be on his own.

-Nino is someone that avoids drama, but does have empathy, he does notice how Marinette is ostracized by Chloe, and does feel bad. (This comes up as he does feel guilty he never stepped in)

-Nino saw Alya getting sucked in (and admittedly thought she was pretty) so he gave her some advice when she was sitting, and trying to figure out what to do. Alya does thank him for the advice later when she becomes friends with Marinette.

- He originally tried to ignore Adrien when the blond asked him for advice. But Nino could see the look of a lost kid (something he had in the past) and decides to hear him out before giving advice. Adrien thanks him and later asks to be friends. Nino was surprised at the ask since he hasn’t been asked before.

-Nino and Adrien’s dynamic is almost that of a kind older brother showing his younger brother the ropes. Nino is patient with Adrien, and will often point out when Adrien is missing something.

-Adrien sees Nino as a bit awkward when talking to others, and tries to get Nino to hang out, even helping Nino build up dynamics with people. Adrien even encourages Nino’s passion for film making and sound design, despite his parents not seeing it as a viable path.

-Nino is closest with his little brother Chris. And is very protective of him. Something that Alya finds very admirable.

-Alya and Nino end up growing closer, and this comes to fruition in season two.

-Nino’s hobbies often involve him mixing multiple genres of music (some don’t mesh well). But his remixes are really well executed. Alya suggested Nino try out DJ-ing. Something he never considered until it was mentioned.

-Nino was the last person in season 2 to receive a miraculous. Fu had a tough time giving up Wayzz.

-Nino in season 5 ends up getting an internship working in the production of the Miraculous ladybug movie. Nino finds it hilariously ironic. He made a track for the hero intro that the director loved. And are using in the movie.

Funfacts:

-Nino is actually a year older than everyone due to being held back a year when his family first came to france. (He needed to adapt and learn the language)

-According to Fu, nino is the most suited for his miraculous, as Nino embodies the will of protection.

-Nino is really good at telling when people are lying. Usually being able to spot it if he heard it. Making him the second person to catch on to Lila’s lies.

-Nino is the third fastest in the class. (First is Kim, second is Adrien)

-Nino has known Marinette the longest second to Sabrina. As he had been in her classes the most.

-Nino and Marinette are both huge fans of Crocoduo.

- Nino has a habit of forgetting some words are in French. (Bilingual problems)

-Nino’s Father wants him to take over the family business something Nino originally resigned himself too before the events of season 1

ML Reboot: Miraculous: Heroes of Miracles: Origins Wang Fu

-As I’ve mentioned before, Fu is getting a MASSIVE backstory overhaul.

-For one, Fu was still chosen at a young age. He was probably 8 or 9.

-He proved worthy of the Peacock miraculous, Given to him by Zhi chao. The guardian of the Peacock and Butterfly miraculous.

-Fu trained under Zhi for years before he got the peacock at 13.

-Fu trained with Fa Li, a girl a two years older than him and the candidate for the butterfly miraculous. She was Fu’s first Crush.

-Both got their miraculous at the same time and proved themselves incredibly competent. Zhi’s work with them showed his competence and proved him worthy of being an Advisor.

-Zhi always favored Fa, and chose her to be his replacement guardian. Fu was chosen 6 months later by Su Han to be a guardian. Something that was surprising and an immense honor. Fu handed over his Peacock miraculous to Fa and received his title as Guardian. Being given the Turtle, Fox AND Bee miraculous.

-Fu was 16, making him the youngest Guardian in the history of the order.

-Several years past and Zhi reached out to Fu, explaining his frustration with the order. Fu respected his master, but it was stunning to hear these admissions about the council. (Most exaggerated claims) Zhi said he wanted to help more people.

-Fu suggested Zhi talk with Su han. This was not a welcome suggestion. Zhi simply tells Fu he would consider it.

-After Su han appointed Fu as Guardian. Su han saw potential in Fu, perhaps even potential to be the next Grandmaster. Zhi realized this and grew envious of his pupil. Zhi realized that Fu was also growing in skill and would soon surpass him. He needed to act soon.

-Fu was 22 when the Zodiac Coup occurred. A giant Sentimonster had begun attacking the temple. Fu used the Turtle miraculous and came to clash with the chaos.

-Zhi had flipped half the advisors to his side along with several guardians. Including Fa Li. Who revealed her jealousy and contempt for Fu.

-Zhi revealed that he used the peacock with the combined Negative emotion of those that agreed with him and had Fa Li akumatize it to create the most powerful monster. Something not even the Grandmaster could beat.

-Su Han used the Master miraculous to even the playing field, forcing those against the Order, to detransform. But it could not cancel out Feast.

-Fu had knocked the staff that controlled Feast away. Without anyone in charge, the beast could not determine friend or foe. Zhi was eaten by feast. Swallowed by his ambition. And losing the peacock miraculous before being eaten.

-The chaos of losing the leader allowed for the order to strike back. But Feast was still rampaging.

-Su han realized the monster would be the end of the order should he not stop it.

-He sent Fu away with the special miracle box, containing the ladybug and cat miraculous.

-“So long as you survive, The Order will live on”

-Fu escaped. But he refused to detransform.

-He spent years in isolation, staying hidden and traveling the world. After decades of wandering, Feast appeared, chasing him down.

-Fu had used his mastery of the miraculous, Using the Bee and Fox as well to trap Feast. Separating into three pieces and sending him into a volcano. Fu only used the powers of the three miraculous for a minute and it nearly killed him.

-Fu awoke and realized he had been isolated for nearly 40 years. But thanks to the miraculous. He was still mentally and physically 22.

-Fu had grown close with the Kwami in his miraculous, and after Feast had been dealt with, Fu decided to reintegrate into society.

-Fu found himself in Paris in the 1930’s. And met a young woman named Marianne. She helped him adjust and taught him French. Fu and Marianne began falling for eachother. But world war 2 happened.

-Marianne Used the Fox while he used the turtle to help fight against the evil.

-Fu and Marianne ended up working for the resistance. And Fu discovered a former member of the Zodiac was working with the enemies.

-Fu defeated the traitor. Ending his life. But the miraculous that former guardian had was not with him.

-Interestingly Fu met a soldier with the Eagle miraculous. Lieutenant Liberty. Very nice guy. Great jawline.

-Fu went off searching for the remnants of Zodiac. But to no avail. Fu eventually met up with Marianne. And the two married. Moving to England to escape it all.

-Fu would go out continuing his search every so often. He trained his son as a potential student. But his son had no desire to be part of the order, despite his gift in the martial art.

-Marianne passed away when she turned 82. Fu had realized his body had aged half as fast. After being exposed to the turtle miraculous for so long. Despite being 122 chronologically.his body was more akin to that of a 42 year old.

-Fu was heartbroken over the loss of his wife, and decided to focus the rest of his life on restoring the order. He went traveling the world again. Now completely determined to find and defeat the remains of the Zodiac.

-Eventually finding himself in Paris, after hearing rumors of a hero in Blue. Perhaps there was hope of restoring the order.

-After a few years, Fu did discover some rumors, another mysterious organization was active in Paris. Perhaps he should investigate.

-Leading us to origins, where the events of Why Fu used the ladybug and cat miraculous come to light.

-“If there really are Zodiac still hanging about, hearing that the ladybug and cat miraculous are in Paris will draw them here. I will be ready and waiting.”

ML Reboot: Miraculous: Heroes of Miracles: The Miraculous (Part 3)

I have officially decided the powers and Concepts for the Zodiac Miraculous

-The Horse, Pig, Ox are all the same as in the original show. Their powers and concepts are consistent and I want to maintain them as such (alterations to the costumes and maybe improvements on the powers but they remain the same)

-The Dog is the same, but the powers get an upgrade. If they are looking for a living thing, it goes into Tracker mode. If its an Object its fetch.

-No time travel. it removes the stakes of the show when you know its a thing. (Maybe in a movie or special, but not with the zodiacs)

-The snake is no longer the concept of "Intuition" they are the concept of "Persuasion" and their ability is hypnosis or "Suggestion"

-The Rabbit and The Mouse miraculous actually take from the original power of the mouse.

-The Rabbit is now Multiplication, But with a drawback. the More copies the more the focus is split. And its not as easy as one would think

-The Mouse is size alteration, Mainly shrinking herself and objects and returning to normal size. Much like the atom or ant man. The mouse's new concept is "Specialization"

-The Monkey is concept is now Adaption and his power is "Mimic" allowing him to copy the ability or special power of someone he/she has seen. It can only be done one at a time.

-The Dragon doesnt represent Perfection (cause thats an impossible concept for mortals to portray) so the concept is now "Variation" and its powers are more elemental and not storm based. So fire, water, earth, Lightning, and Wind. But can only use one power at a time.

-The Tiger's concept is Pretension. and its power is not collision. Its called "Intimidation". Basically a mighty roar that cancels out powers, causes objects to lose all momentum, and even removes effects of powers on the user, or buffs on the opponents. Its the equalizer.

-The Rooster is not "Sublimation" it is now "Motivation" and his power is "Invigoration: which allows the rooster to give boosts to allies (and not just give random convenient powers on the fly)

-The Goat is still Passion but its power is different. Instead of creating an item of choosing, the Goat can alter the area around them and make it match their ideal environment for the situation. I call it "Redesign'

-The main thing with the Zodiac is that they work better when used with other miraculous. And when added together are a massive threat.

-The Ladybug and Cat Miraculous resist the powers of the zodiac but cant still be impacted to an extent.

ML Reboot: Miraculous: Heroes of Miracles: The Lovesquare (Season 2)

-So after Fu is introduced, Ladybug and chat noir start getting trained by Fu.

-There are times they spend getting more in sync while not learning eachother’s identities. This allows for their trust in eachother to grow.

-As Civillians, Marinette is getting more ground in her class, she and Adrien are really hitting it off as friends. They have jokes and tease eachother a bit. (It would seem similar to ladynoir)

-Ladybug and Adrien have some moments that has them almost kiss. (And one where they do.)

-Marinette and Chat noir have a balcony scene, and it’s Chat noir asking Marinette for advice, without mentioning who it is.

-Chat noir confesses to Ladybug mid season. It’s a big moment and… she turns him down. Similar to canon, and it’s more heartbreaking because She encouraged Chat noir to confess.

-This causes some strain as Chat noir is trying to pretend that he is fine. Bottling it up like he did when his mother passed away. And it’s impacting his ability to save people. Its causing tension and chat noir refuses to acknowledge it. Simply dismissing and denying.

-Fu tries speaking to Adrien, saying he understands that he is struggling. He can take a break to sort himself out but Adrien assures that he is fine.

-Felix presses Adrien on it after noticing how weird his cousin is acting and… Adrien gets akumatized over an overload of emotion as there was apparently a LOT more emotional repression bursting at the seems. Becoming Emoticon

-Felix becomes Chat Walker… and almost gets murdered by Ladybug because she thinks her kitty was gone. (Not Litterally, but Felix was legit scared)

-Felix had to explain that the Original cat needed a break and gave him the okay for this.

-Through hard work and help from Carapace. They manage to save Adrien. Adrien tells Ladybug and the group he had been bottling up his pain that he thought he could ignore it… but he needs to address it.

-After that Chat noir came back to apologize about leaving a random replacement. Ladybug hugged her kitty. Saying that she never wants him disappearing like that again.

-Chat noir confesses that he was trying to pretend like the rejection didn’t hurt and that just made it worse. He isn’t expecting her to like him back, but asks that it will take some time for him to move on.

-Ladybug tells him that he is special to her, and that she doesn’t know what the future will bring. Maybe he finds a new girl to like and they can have double dates, or maybe the guy she likes doesn’t like her back and she finds herself drawn to a suave cat. Regardless, she wants him to know that she wants him by her side.

- Chat noir smiles and says “That is more than enough.”

-Chat noir isn’t flirty for a few episodes after that. It’s actually Ladybug that brings back the flirty banter.

-Chat noir does get a bit more romantic. Trying a bit more. Though Ladybug does comment that he thought he was moving on.

-“If that other guy doesn’t realize you are amazing, why waste an opportunity to try and change your mind?”

-Ladybug won’t deny she is flattered by the offers, just no date suggestions while fighting akuma or training. And if she does get that guy, he has to stop. Until then, he is free to try as long as he doesn’t get bummed when she says no.. Which Chat noir accepts.

-“It be great for building up a resistance to it.” He jokes

-Meanwhile I should say that Kagami does show up and Marinette is initially under the assumption that Adrien is into her. This is dismissed in an episode when Adrien mentions it’s actually his Cousin who is interested in Kagami, and that he is working as a middle man as they are both awkward. After this is cleared up, Kagami and Marinette become friends.

-Adrien even asks Marinette to be his ‘Date’ in my version of Frozer. Which is to help Nino and Alya get together.

-I should point out that there are no Main love rivals in this. The Adrigami is not a thing. No Lukanette. Sorry, there is no need for it outside or maybe an episode.
