Thanks for saying hello. It's makes makes the cocktail of apprehension and admiration easier to swallow
So it's 3:29am and I just got home 15 minutes ago from a show that ended at 12:30am. I have well and truly fucked up my left heel and knee. I haven't looked yet or of fear and with hopes of some sleep accelerated heeling. Got accosted by 2 aggressively friendly South African blokes (at separate instances). Managed to charm myself free. No trains so the last leg of my journey which was meant to be 15 minutes turned into a 57 minute tour of Paris city. But I'm here. I'm showered. I saw stereophonics, Interpol and the libertines from (very left) front row. I was naively planning to have a sneaky half day at Versailles tomorrow before the festival but I think I need sleep. Monday will be tourist day: Giverny (monet's garden) and maybe a dinner and show at moulin rouge?
About to go see Interpol and the libertines at Rock en seine in Paris. I'm so so tired. I'm in fucking Paris again. What is my life??? I barely can believe this is what I do with my time!! But I am also so overwhelmingly uncool lol. I can almost taste it.
I haven't been posting because I've been having such a good time in Portugal. It truly is beautiful. I can't believe I'm here.
I bought the death of bunny munro for £3 from a road side stall under brighton station. I just started reading it and I can't stop laughing. Omg. I can barely contain myself. I can't wait to tell muriel!
I'm actually having a great time in brighton but just really quietly. Sitting in cafes and hanging with friends at brunswick festival and patting new dogs. Tomorrow tour starts for me.
