It's been a long two months, but after 16 events full of drama and excitement, the 2025 Marble League has come to an end. Mellow Yellow returns to the podium in 3rd four years after their 2021 win, while the Oceanics come into 2nd straight from winning the 2024 Snowdown. But it's the Kobalts who win it all in a triumphant and unexpected victory, finally moving past their years of Showdown turmoil not just to qualify but to ascend to the highest rung of marble sports.

We salute these three teams, and we'll look forward to seeing them in the 2026 Marble League, details of which I'll soon share here. Until then, please look forward to Marbula 1 Season 6, coming later this year!

Hey, can the host curse kick in already?

I just can't stand the O'rangers. I was ecstatic when they didn't qualify last year, only for them to autoqualify as hosts this year... That's favoritism if I've ever seen it!

Team Galactic is doing pretty okay for themselves. Keep up the good work, but try and remember that there are, in fact, two places higher than third which you can aim for.

Project Marblearth's first ML2025 article, Sunset, has been released.

For those not in the know, Project Marblearth is a community writing project that expands on the lore of Jelle's Marble Runs by writing and creating art about the events and the marbles themselves. They're also the source of the in-universe place names and backstories. You can read everything they've written on the Project Marblearth website, tagged by team and character!

After yesterday's intense qualifiers, here's the full results, including our qualifiers for the year! The qualified teams will be joining Team Momo, the Snowballs, the Blackjacks and the O'Rangers for the 2025 Marble League. It was an intense fight to make the cut, with only 10 points between 12th and 24th.

The Kobalts have qualified for the first time ever since their inaugural appearance in invitation-only ML2016, while the Crazy Cat's Eyes have DNQed for the first time in their history. Also returning after prolonged absences are the Oceanics and Limers.

Quali events for Marble League 2025 have finally been released! Relay, Block Pushing, Swing Wave and Sand Rally will determine who'll be heading to the main League and who'll be going to the Showdown.

Qualifiers will be taking place on the 5th of July, with all teams placed in a single group. Only 12 out of 28 teams will quality, joining the O'Rangers, Team Momo, Blackjacks and Snowballs, who have auto-qualified.

Schedule has been updated! Next event is Lasso Toss, which we currently have no information on, followed by the old staple Block Pushing and then Corn Maze, which we can likely expect to be a reskinned version of Maze.

We will also see the Showdown teams participate in Block Pushing.
