Both Chloe and Ray have blonde hair and blue eyes, both have smug superior attitudes, both enjoy bullying, and they both have a connection to Zoe. They both dress upper-class, with a white undershirt, but while Chloe has a yellow jacket and sunglasses with a blue-ish tint, Ray has a blue jacket with yellow-gold sunglasses.

His design is like the male Chloe, and that's why they should get together and be the world's worst couple.

I have other characters than these blondes (cant tell him senpai IS a blonde, he looks like he fits the type) but it just feels right that all of them are just in one frame….

What is going on, who thought that this would be a good design for a high school bully character??? when was the last time any of the creators stepped foot in a high school
