i don't like identifying myself as army because (1) i'm not an official member, and (2) i don't like being associated with the negative aspects of army
holy crap, like i can't even bear to go into the bangtan v chat because it makes my eyes fall out
i can't bring myself to read the comments on any bangtan article/video
reading comments about how "amazing" bangtan's vocals are makes me feel sad about the state of people's ears, because how crappy do your ears have to be to find their vocal line amazing??? then kelly clarkson must be from another universe???
and then people go, you're not a true fan.
i've followed bangtan for years, watched all their shows and paid attention to the details in their music. i like some things and i dislike other things. i'm a musician, not a crazy fangirl.
someone on akp said something really good on a bangtan article: "voice is subjective, but technique is not." (of course she got pounced on later by crazy fans)
do you need to be a professional chef to know how to cook? NO
do you need to be a professional illustrator to be good at drawing? NO
so why is it that when someone delivers constructive criticism of vocals, people get all furious and are like "YOU'RE NOT EVEN A SINGER WTF DO YOU KNOW"
i mean JUST LISTEN TO YOURSELVES
have you all ever been in relationships before? has your significant other done things that pissed you off before? and did you still love him/her after the fact? if the answer is yes then why is it so hard to believe that people can be fans of an artist without being in love with every single part of them
