Talking abouuttttt my partners. I know rare twinkisser moment.

Not to invalidate people who’s sad their partner died in canon, because I entirely understand that things that don’t feel important to other people can mean an entire world to one. Just look at my extreme repulsive reaction to canon relationships.

But Cinder Carla’s dying in every single route of Armored Core 6 is… Kinda really well developing for her character. It’s one of the cases a character dying ISN’T stupid but actually strengthens them A LOT.

She’s an extremist, completing her mission is everything. She has no qualms killing millions to do what in her mind, is the greater good for everyone, she has no qualms kicking aside and killing her allies trying to stop that from happening…

And she has no qualms throwing her own life away to make her mission finish. She always has a contingency that often activates in response of her death. She will use herself as a tool to make her mission finish, because the end result is what matters not that she lives to see the result.

It’s not a needless death just to build tragedy and loss, it defines her as a woman of conviction, nothing else matters other than her mission to destroy Rubicon’s Coral supply, not even herself.
