Wildstar: Cubacon-Wrapped Cubesteak
Hello adventurers! I hope you’ve worked up an appetite today because we are making Cubacon-Wrapped Cubesteaks from Wildstar and they are quite filling!
Let’s go!
~Ingredients~
4 Cubesteak patties (or enough to slice into patty-sized pieces)
8 oz. (one block) of Cream Cheese, room temp.
To taste, each of the following: minced garlic, green onions, dill, parsley, and pepper
8 long slices of Bacon (2 per cubesteak patty)
Worcestershire Sauce, as needed
Toothpicks
Prep Time: 5 - 10 minutes | Total Cook Time: 30 - 40 minutes
Makes: 4 bacon-wrapped cubesteaks
~Instructions~
Step 1.) At least 30 minutes before you are going to begin cooking, place the cubesteak in a bag and apply a small amount of Worcestershire sauce to marinate. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prep your veggies: mince the garlic, dice the green onions, and roughly chop the dill and parsley (if using fresh versions).
Step 2.) Combine the garlic, green onions, dill, parsley, and pepper with the cream cheese.
Step 3.) Spread the cream cheese mix generously on the cubesteak patties. Roll up the patties and wrap with bacon. Secure the bacon with toothpicks.
Step 4.) Place on a baking sheet (a broiler pan or sheet with a drip pan to drain the bacon grease is preferred) and bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked (if using a meat thermometer, the beef should be at least 160°F.)
Step 5.) Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes and serve with a side of your choice! Enjoy!
~Results~
These turned out to be quite fun and easy to make, and I ended up leaving the toothpicks in them when I served them because it made them look like little space creatures XD
