maybe this was obvious for everyone but me, but i always thought all templars had to work at the circle and then when they got promoted or something they could get send to missions, but talking with @kuningannasansa it makes sense that some templars don't even step on the circles...

And like I think is very interesting then that you would have some inner rivalry and bitterness on the templars of the ones who are "being heroes" outside and never had to do the "morally complicated" actions of templars in the circle of having to kill the abomination in a harrowing done wrong of some mage they have seen grown in the circle since they were a kid, and shit like that. And I would guess some templars that are mostly in dangerous mission maybe wanna be just stanging up in a tower.... idk fun dinamics in here me thinks.
