They did this thing where they took a group of fans into where they produce the show and what not and showed them some s4 exclusives over the summer. They released a short clip of it and someone telling the group “this is Chloe’s sister and she is the new queen bee. Also wayyy nicer than chloe” or something along those lines. And then it was some blurry concept art of some blonde girl but who knows they could be pulling our legs or manipulating the truth for that short snippet...but it is also such a zag thing to reveal as much spoilers as possible lol
